Purchased a living room set (couch, loveseat, and chair). The furniture in the showroom was comfortable and stable. What was delivered was of poor quality/construction. I feel a bit of fraud and deceit going on here. What I purchased and what I received are not the same. There was never any mention of no return/exchange while dealing with the sales staff. There is no posting of that policy in the store. All I want is to exchange these for something else and no one will help me. I get the run around from everyone I speak with. While their people are very pleasant to speak with, they are also very good at passing the buck and not taking responsibility.Conn's Home Plus Response

In some cases, showroom models may appear softer than a new factory model, as those items are tested regularly. We also allow customers to inspect merchandise at the time of delivery to ensure it meets their standards. We do have a No Return or Exchange policy on all furniture which is displayed on the storefront of all locations. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process an exchange of your furniture. I bought a living room set from them.This will be the 5 time to try and fix the problems and same problem which is the mechanism bar are bent and they come out and fix 4 times with 2 different companies they use to try a solve the problem which didn't work.I just want to replace this furniture for a different kind.Even your 2 guys and fix told us not to buy furniture that had mechanism they are nothing but trouble.So please can we solve this with new and different furniture. On March 3 I received a letter from Conn's saying my application for an account was rejected for various reasons. I called them an informed them that I had not applied for an account. On March 23 I received an other letter saying my application was rejected. In May I received a notification that my account was past due. Apparently they approved the account in spite of the fact that I had informed them this was identity theft. I have filled out their requested Identity theft form and forwarded it with a police report. I have never been to Conn's and have not even visited their wed site. I have tried to contact their fraud department but it appears to be inaccessible.Conn's Home Plus Response

About a year ago i walked into conns looking for a fridge, washer and dryer. was approved for 5,000 loan. i proceeded to get all those plus a gaming table for under 5,000 loan. 2 weeks later i receive a call from conns saying they no longer have the fridge in stock and i would have to come in the store to pick a diff one under my loan. i went to the store to pick a diff one. gentleman at the store opened a new loan under my name so now i have 2 loans instead of one. i called so they can fix the issue and told me they would merge the accounts. fast forward to a year later ive payed the 5,000 loan plus some change but yet i still owe over 3,000. they never merged the accounts and are asking me that the only way they can help me is if i make a payment. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!Conn's Home Plus Response

Conns is by far the WORST future store in America. Their products are cheap and poorly put together. And I got a bed from them, and just over 30 days, it broke and they refuse to fix or repair it. All in all, I could've made my own furniture by now and it would've been better than this. Anyone who thinks this is a good place to shop, think again. Save your money time and frustration and go somewhere else.Conn's Home Plus Response

Our sales lady was very nice, very patient as we made our decision, and very prompt in getting our order rang up quickly, eefficiently and correctly. She also checked other stores and markets in order to find a left handed chaise lounge to no avail. We Enjoyed or purchase and would love to use her again.Conn's Home Plus Response

The name applies CON. I recently purchased over $ 1,500 in furniture for delivery. The delivery date came and not a word from Conn's, either the day before (as promised) or the day of. Called to see what the problem was and the salesman told me to "just wait for it" and after asking for his name he cursed at me and hung up the phone. I will never shop at Conn's (or Con) again. Returned the next day for a full refund. I learned my lesson.Conn's Home Plus Response
