      This company is horrible. From the start, there were problems with the delivery of my bed. From there, once the bed was put together, everything was fine until I missed one payment. I contacted the number, and the person I spoke to was coarse. I requested that they remove the late payment from my credit report as a gesture of good faith. Didn't happen. I made the account current, and my credit began to improve to somewhat satisfactory numbers until I noticed that my balance had increased by a dollar. This knocked my credit back down by 51 points for a second time. I have requested to pay the bed off completely, but I now wonder how this will impact my credit. This back and forth with my credit over minor issues paints a distorted financial picture of my finances. If there is anyone who can help me file a lawsuit against them for predatory lending and harassment, I would be happy to join. May they and the people they hire, especially the outsourced telephone CSRs, never be hired anywhere else until they are certified in customer relations.

      Conn’s plus is a complete scam! I purchased a washer and dryer from them and paid for installation fees! They installed the equipment incorrectly and will not return to fix it! The dryer duct is sagging, and bent which will not allow the duct to properly let the heat escape! Because I paid conn’s to install it GE cannot touch it because of liability! This happened after I was delivered a broken tv by Conn’s that they refused to replace, repair, or refund so I am paying on a broken tv that has never worked since I bought it! I am looking to sue!

      We bought a couch, love seat and then washer and dryer. Paid them off in 2022/ 2023 both. Received letters today 12/23/24 that we are past due and owe money. Is this a scam or did someone not do their jobs?

      Conns marked my credit as late for the month of Sept 2024 but I had been calling corporate and emailing the ceo non stop for my account information. My loan was new in July and they were supposed to send me my account information and never did. I tried to g on online and pay but it wouldn’t pull my account information up with my phone number, social or email. I finally received an email at the end of September telling me my payment was being sent as 20 days over due. That person on email made a payment arrangement for me. I still to this day have received my account number or any information on the account. I want the late payment removed immediately because I am about to seek legal action against them

      Took a double payment out of my account and now I can't even get a call back from a supervisor. Have yet to credit back my refund.

      Due to Conn’s filing bankruptcy and going out of business, approved refunds may take longer than usual. The Chapter 11 bankruptcy automatic stay is in place during the court proceedings. There is no one to escalate this to who can make a different decision, as we are under the rule of the judge presiding over the case.

      I was transferred 4 times, over talked and cold transferred by the last agent and got a message stating the customer service hours were 7pm which the guy that transferred me knew they were closed. My payoff amount is higher than it was 2 months ago and no one can tell me why. A simple question and I've requested a supervisor several times and was cold transferred. Even though this company is no longer in business that is no way to treat customers and I don't want a customer service number response. They are not helpful.

      I bought a couch from conns and when it was delivered it was broken, they told me I had 72 hours to inform them if I had any problems which I did. I have the insurance to cover this so I didn’t think it would be hard to fix smh as of right now I have called at least 20 times and every time they send me in circles, lie or hang up in my face it has been 4-5 months now and still no even an iota of help coming my way I’m strongly contemplating getting a lawyer

      I think Conns is one of the worst furniture company in virginia. They are scammers, and worst customers service. They prey on their customers. They try to pass of poor quality furniture that are damage and when you bring it to their attention they curse you out. I bought a bedroom set and after it was delivered they refuse to repair it or even do anything to assist me. I refused to pay until it was fixed and wrote to the attorney General. That's when they decided to fix the dresser. I paid the bill in six months that is about two years now and I still have it on my credit for $1383.00. Which I paid of $1700. So this is how they are trying to scam me an extra $1300. and wrecking my credit. Please DO NOT BY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY. Joan ******

      Never buy anything from them. They add extra costs onto the contract and bury it in the small print without telling you. Bought a TV for $549 and due to the contract I am going to end up paying over $1,000. Horrible customer service and they just ***** from people.

      I was granted credit for $3,500 in your store, which only less then $2,400 was utilized to purchase my refrigerator and dishwasher along with delivery plus installation. Upon arrival, the men were unable to install either appliance and made several damages to my refrigerator. When I called to request a new appliance, I was met with " we can't take returns but we can provide you with a credit for the damaged appliance, along with the fees charged for installations. So on today, I inquired as to my balance 1 year later and was told it was $3030.15. Make it make sense! Oh, did I fell to mention that my payments are on auto pay. Right! I have requested a copy of my original contract and the awards letter and was told by the representative " Judy #125903" that Conn's no longer has a finance department and know one including " Judy" has access to those documents....hummm... Yet she could email me a copy of the payments that she could see that were made. Very poor business and accountability of management. As customers, we shouldn't have to pay for your poor operations skills and application techniques.
