I'm reluctant on leaving a review of this Dr, but when looking at the experience, I hope to warn anyone about this type of medical extortion. I saw Dr Grace *** at a different location (Memorial Herman Facility) January 9th, 2024 as a new patient. She seemed very nice and a genuine interest in my health. She made a diagnosis/remedy to my health issues and several prescriptions/with a daily plan on use. I also learned of her move to New Wave in 14days or the 1/23. The pharmacy had an issue filling one of those prescriptions (Advair). I had several conversations with the pharmacy trying to resolve the issue. I finally tried contacting Memorial Herman to see if Dr *** could help get the presecription filled and was told she moved and to contact New Wave. So, in contacting New Wave to have Dr *** either help with the original prescription or issue another one of a generic type, I was told to contact Memorial Herman to resolve it as Dr *** wouldn't be at New Wave until February 1st, this was 1/23. Still with no prescription filled, February 2nd I copied the original prescriptions Dr *** prescribed and wrote a note asking her to write another prescription of a generic replacement for the Advair she prescribed January 9th and drove out to her new location and had it handed to her. I was told I had to come in for another visit. Wow, this is why I am leaving the review, 1/9 she makes a diagnosis & prescriptions, moves 1/23 and isn't available until 2/1 and has to RE-diagnosis to GET THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIBED MEDICATION 2/2. So, in essence her diagnosis only last 14 days, then she needs to see you again, THATS MEDICAL EXTORTION. I'm on Medicare and could never afford every 14days an updated diagnosis (office visit cost$$$$$$$). I hope this helps anyone looking for a new physician.
