  I signed 2 contracts with Cesar callas the 1st contract for $75,000 and signed another contact for 37,000. He promised to completely remodel my home after hurricane Ida. In the process he threw away personal items and destroyed other items I owned. The crews that would come work on my house would randomly show up or not show up at all, and when they did show up it would be people who didn't know what their job was to do. The business owner once fired two people working on my home and expected me to pay them for their work. when he said that it would all be included in the amounts that I already had paid already. I was expecting a full remodel of my home and didn't get anything close to that. My roof leaks my ac unit was destroyed windows and outlies weren't complete the list goes on. He did the bare minimum and even less than that. He would randomly say I had to pay for extra things that were agreed upon with the amounts paid. He basically scammed me and then stopped showing up to my house and I haven't heard from him since.

  Good morning,

  Yes we did the work for Mrs. *******, we did the roof replacement and also the interior work with several modifications, opening spaces, and making changes into the home without any extra charges. We didn't collect all the money that we were supposed to collect, it was less. She didn't pay the insurance deductible either. 

  So at the end, we left it like that. We finished what we agreed on, even sent more guys to correct some paint and texture issues.

  We did advise her to go back to the insurance company and request supplements for the windows, they didn't include that on the original estimate. For the leaks on the roof, we can take care of that. All the work was done, we couldn't refund any money (like I stated already, we got less money than what we were supposed to get). 

  When we got to her house, it was weeks after the hurricane hit, and it was a huge mess, we had to send a crew immediately to remove all the mold, sheetrock, insulation, kitchen cabinets, floor, etc. The frame for half of the garage roof was gone, we had to reframe it as well.
