Have you ever taken your car to a shop and asked for specific things to be done and something completely different was done.?????? Colony One Auto Center you have burned me good. ??????I dropped off my car for a CTV Transmission Flush (called and verified that they did it before I dropped off my car) and for you to verify that an O2 sensor need to be replaced. And YOU DID NOTHING. No flush. No O2 sensor. Just a diag that says bearings, axles, and cat conv. Then you told me that you don't do CVT Transmission Flush ??????Then you proceeded to charge me ??????134.48 for a diag that I DIDNT ASK FOR!?????????????? You ought to be ashamed. You did nothing of what I asked but expected me to pay for what I didn't want. If you didn't do the CVT I wouldn't have even brought my car in to you . Horrible Experience. ??????

Gabriella *********, First thanks for the feedback. At this time, I would like to address all of your concerns one at a time. Car was dropped off after hours on December 16th with clear instructions written by you that you should be called before any repairs. What you wanted was also written on the night drop envelope I am stating word by word what the instructions were (CVT Transmission Flush, Check engine light on (possible O2sensor please check) call before any repair.) Now regarding the repairs – Mr Broomhall came in the morning and authorized the diagnostic on your 2011 Nissan Rouge with CVT transmission and 184K miles. At this this time the possibility of transmission flush with this high millage to be detrimental for transmission was discussed with Mr. Broomhall, he even went back to the shop and discussed this with the Technician. In addition to the electrical diagnostic for check engine light, the technician did courtesy mechanical inspection and highlighted to Mr. Broomhall many frontend components that were in very bad condition (Control Arms, Tie Rod, Sway bar link and CV Shafts). Your check engine light was related to P0420 referring to faulty catalytic converter and not O2 sensor. All the work was declined so nothing was charged except the diagnostic charge and that was also discounted from $149 to $134…. If we would have done transmission flus on your vehicle with 184K miles and transmission would have failed, you would have started to blame us for that …. Knowing this risk we do not recommend or do the transmission flush on high millage if they have not been done on regular recommended intervals with proper records. In regard to O2 sensor if we would have replaced the sensor and your check engine light would still be on, you would have been upset …. We don’t just replace parts but focus on doing the right thing by recommending what will fix your vehicle. I hope this explains a bit better, but I am surprised on your comments when Mr. ********* was in fully aware of everything that was happening. Thanks Best Regards Colony One Auto Center

I took my car here for a check engine light and a tire warning light on and my car was kept for 3 days and when I went to pick it up nothing was done to correct the problem my lights didn't take long before they came back on immediately after I got home. I was charged 640.00 for absolutely nothing. I then took my car else where and now my tire light is off and my air pressure is now reading properly. Then they asked me to bring it back when it should have been fixed the first time but Brian told me and my husband he never seen that type of problem before and he been there 4 yrs bring it back for what so they can experiment on it no thank you. Now I have to spend extra money I don't have to get my check engine light fixed and my mileage on my car is low 50k. I would hope this company would do the right thing but if not you will be entering into a work order with this company at your own risk. Signed: Dissatisfied Customer (New)
