    Fox trailer service was chosen by me for repairs on an rv. $15k was covered by insurance (mercury mutual) and I paid cash for other needed repairs. *** kept trailer for 10 months and didn't do some work that he was paid to do in regards to estimate written. Called mercury about poor quality work and they wouldn't/couldn't send someone out to see work performed, said I needed to take it to another rv shop and have 2nd shop contact them to come inspect. Rv went to second shop (on the road again rv) and for 3 months he said he couldn't get insurance to respond back to him. At that point, it had made it over a year I went without rv and still not pleased with botch job. How do I move forward to get repairs done that insurance already paid for?
