On March 14 2022, I purchased two customized front seat covers (item# ********) from Lseat.com for my 2003 BMW M3 convertible. I paid Lseat.com a total of $483.93 and received invoice order #*******. The seat covers were finally shipped on April 18, 2002 via UPS with tracking number: ******************. I kept the seat covers in the original packaging until I could have them professionally installed. In August 2022, I took them to a local upholstery shop to have them installed. Unfortunately, the seat covers were made incorrectly in all areas. Moreover, they were cut too small and would not fit. As a result, I had to take off work and personally took measurements for Lseat.com in order to get my corrected seats covers that I already paid for. Additionally, I sent Lseat.com several emails about this issue and I never responded, refunded my money, sent the corrected seat covers, but they still fraudulently took my $483.93. Now, I'm without a car because the seats are out and torn apart and the upholstery shop is charging me more money to do the repair because they helped me take the seat measurements on this order and my previous order # ******* which also had seat covers that didn't fit. Lseat.com has taken my money and never sent me the product that we agreed upon when I paid them.
