    Zalman and his helper, Gilbert, were extremely helpful and gave free advice on top of the work they did (i.e., how to reduce creosote). I would definitely recommend Brushers Chimneys to my friends!

    Brushers Chimneys was recommended to me by a neighbor. I am glad I went with them then all the other chimney companies! My experience was very quick and easy. I called the office and a nice woman Natalie helped me book my appointment. She answered all my questions with patience and ease. The day before my appointment I received an email as well as a text message reminding me of my appointment, and Daniel called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The technicians were right on time in the time frame that I was given. I told Daniel that I have not used my Chimney since the last freeze and that I want to make sure it is safe to use. Daniel did a full inspection of my chimney from the outside and from the roof. He even showed me images that he took of my flue with his scope camera. Daniel came to the conclusion that he recommended doing some brick and mortar sealing, a sweep, and he also recommended that I replace my chimney cap because it had some rust, and any water can get inside my chimney, and into my walls. I am happy I went with the repair knowing that I saved thousands of dollars by replacing my old chimney cap and sealing any holes in my brick and mortar. I am exited to use my fireplace this winter! thank you Brushers Chimneys for going over and beyond my expectations!

    Flawless experience. The team arrived within the time range given, quickly assessed the good and the bad with our fireplace & chimney. Told us the price upfront, and proceeded to photograph before, during and after pictures for our work report. The team was friendly and knowledgeable - thank you for restoring our 25 year old fireplace!

    I saw more positive reviews than negatives so I called Brushers Chimneys. I have 2 fireplaces and was a little bit worried about them as they are 21 years old and have never been checked. The chimneys were inspected, pictures taken, and the problem areas discussed. They added flashing, to both chimneys, filled a hole, disposed of a dead mouse, painted the outside chimneys, fixed the cracks, cleaned one chimney (the other was fine as it hadn't been used often), and I forgot what else. With two of them working, it took about 2 hours or so. The fireplaces look like new and I was happy with the work; the workers were polite, professional, and did not leave any messes when the work was completed. (It turned out one of the workers was one of the owners.) I feel safer knowing the problems are fixed and won't worry about the fireplace. It was a bit of a sticker shock, though, but it had to be done as I was only used one last winter a few times. The fireplaces look so much better and I was pleased.
