    Amy ***** is the women that helped me with my order. She went above and beyond to help me pick out my daughter's birthday gifts.( As I am a bit fuzzy on the whole kawaii clothing) I Gave her, her measurements and she took the time to select items based on based on a short descriptions of what she likes to wear already. Im flattered that customer service would actually take the time for me before I even bought from them before. And not treat me like a spam mail customer. I will definitely shop for her next birthday present at this shop.

    Ordered a hat a month ago and they still have not shipped it nor emailed an update. Their customer service email doesn’t work and there is no way to contact them. I think it may be a scam.

    I placed the order in May and was promised 4-9 weeks for the items to be made and sent. After it was a few weeks past the promised date I contacted them to try and get an update. I tried to contacted using email then proceeded to contact on Instagram as my emails were going unanswered. They originally messaged me asking if i checked my spam but ignored any other questions I asked. I found one email promising at the end of july they would have order shipped out in the next week. This was not done and my order was once again ignored. I opened a dispute on paypal and they have ignored that request. I had my partner on Facebook try to contact then but their inbox was closed. The links on their website are linked to blank pages and their email for information is coming back as not existing. They have had five months to either complete my order or issue a refund and they have done neither. I have seen other people asking where their orders are. I don't believe my case is the only incident of this company taking payments for orders and not sending out the items or giving money back. They have had ample time to make this right and they have chosen not to. I want to make this informed public so others do not experience what I have.
