    Returned items in January they are still billing me and no refund! No customer service! Products were very cheap looking. Quality advertised was not what I received. No emails are returned. Still waiting for my refund!

    I just found out that the jewelry I ordered is coming from *****. So disappointed-their website stated they are a US company. Tried to cancel my order and was told it was too late. I threw away my money. Dont fall for their website like I did. Who knows when I will receive my jewelry.

    TOTAL SCAMMERS! I hope Karma comes back to them. A definite theme in how they trick customers into placing a double order, by saying things like your card was declined (not true) or there was a mistake in your e-mail address. The merchandise quality is horrific- definitely magnified in pictures and cheaply made. All customer support is definitely AI generated because they have no intention of offering true customer support. Please take them down to assist all of us hardworking, trustworthy people that just wanted to purchase a thoughtful gift for our loved ones.

    I wish I could leave no stars. I am out almost $200 with this place. I was promised a refund, now no one knows what I'm talking about. I'd be ashamed to work here. All they are willing to do is give you a gift card for more of their JUNK!

    Stay away, received huggy earrings that were way smaller than shown and one was broken. They were just floating around in the box, so it looked like they were a return. I emailed right away asking how I can return them and never received any response, yet they found a way to send multiple emails and texts prior to purchase.

    Do not buy from this company! Says they ship next day. From where? My order took 19 days to ship to the same state they "say" they are located. They would not cancel & when I asked to return, they added a 25% restocking fee which is not in their policy. Just be cautious!

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MINT & LILY! MAJOR SCAMMERS! I ordered a personalized necklace from Mint & Lily, and it arrived broken. I contacted their customer support, and they issued me a gift card for less than the original purchase value instead of a full refund. After complaining, they finally covered the cost of a replacement. I reordered the same necklace, but after only two wears, it broke again and changed color, despite their claims of being tarnish-free. I reached out again and requested a refund, which they denied. Instead, they offered me another gift card, again for less than what I originally paid. After further complaints, they finally issued a gift card that compensated for the cost. I decided to order a different style necklace with a stronger chain, hoping for better quality. However, the new necklace arrived and was not as advertised—it was missing an extender piece and looked completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality of all three necklaces I received is comparable to cheap vending machine jewelry, yet they are charging exorbitant prices for these products. This is a clear case of false advertising and deceptive business practices. I have repeatedly contacted Mint & Lily for a full refund, but they ignore my requests and only send automated chatbot responses. I even stated my intent to report them to the BBB, yet I still have not received any resolution. I am requesting a full refund for my purchases and for the BBB to investigate this company for false advertising and unfair business practices. This company should be held accountable for scamming customers with poor-quality products and deceptive refund policies. SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS!!!!

    I ordered two necklaces as Christmas gifts on December 9th. My account was charged with $ 92.12. Now it is March 4th and I still haven't received them. They keep apologizing for the delay and offering me a gift card. I also ordered a bracelet and it was too small but the said I should keep it for all my aggravation and they would send me a bigger size. I didn't want a second one because it only came in one size ( 7.5 ). I returned it and did not receive my refund for that either. I have sent them many texts saying I just want my money back because I don't want to do business with them any more. Can you help ?

    Pretty sure this is a drop shipping scam. My items broke and tarnished almost immediately. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot and they are aggressively trying to get it taken down. I'm pretty sure the "reviews" on their actual website are fake, which feels illegal? Terrible company, terrible product. Don't waste your money!
