    On July 26,2023 I made a purchase for sun visors for a 2013 ******** These sun visors sent were not correct and did not match the discription on the ******** ***** ******** ******** I sent the rep Mike ****** *** *** * on Aug 02,2023 and he emailed back that they would send correct ones. Nothing arrived all month so finally I got Mike on the phone and that's when I knew something was wrong and they had no intention on doing anything about it. See every time I called a different rep would tell me that yes my refund was coming or parts would come. I have emails to show them telling me the same.So knowing they were not taking action on purpose I would call every couple of days just out of principal that they were going to rip me off. Mike at one point got tired of me calling and pushed me over to a manger named Sam. This guy said the same for two months and after I found his number on-line and called him daily, he gave in and told me to find a Manager called Kevin that its his fault, now Kevin told me to take pictures again that he would send replacements, now its been over 6 months since my purchase dates but I'm not giving up on my hard earned $128. These reviews cost them way more then $128 so for the life of me I can not see this as a great business decision. July 26 Email from them that they have my order Aug 02 Email from me with pictures of incorrect parts and *** ****** which they took over the over phone during initial purchase Aug 29 Mike replies to my emails saying they are sorry for the issue and will refund or replace Sep 07 MIke again saying that the replacement set got lost Oct and Nov Sam promising refund Nov 30 Kevin says he will fix the issue to send him pictures again, Dec no reply back from Kevin or refund or replacement
