    I went to this business and asked for lash extensions that were NATURAL..... They said sure. Took me back to a woman that barely spoke English and the owner/manager told her what I wanted. The length and everything. When she was done I never got to see *****************. So when I got home I was shocked to see that my lashes were purple. I called the facility and told them and asked for my money back. He told me to come by and let him see so I did. He takes a look right up front in everyone's view. Never took me back and started to get loud about taking them out for me before he could refund. I refused. They had already got it totally wrong and my eyelids are sore. I didn't want them to touch me again. He was getting so loud that I just left. I wasn't there to cause a scene. It happen on December 21st. Right before the holiday. I want a full refund.
