First order was placed on 2/29 (order # *********)- but no email confirmation was received. Assuming the order never went though as I called and no one answered, tried to speak with a dealer and no luck, submitted an email to customer service on 3/11 and still no answer. I placed a second order on 3/12 (order # *********) again assuming the first order had not gone through. Still no answers. On 3/28 I received two confirmation emails stating I would receive tracking when my orders shipped. I never received any email with shipping details and received the product middle of June. This is terrible customer service and I will never buy from PJ trailers again nor recommend them. Additionally I am stuck with around $300 worth of merchandise that I do not need. In such a digital time as we are now I don't see how this company will survive if they can not manage their online sales and distributions properly.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ready rail rack 2 weeks ago and still have no tracking info order just says processing. When I call all departments no answer leave voicemail no response. Ive emailed them no response. At this point I cant even get anyone to contact me to cancel order if I cant get it. Not sure what to do here.Initial Complaint

Purchased until its trailer rated to carry ****lbs. Trailer was only used to transport utv that weighs ****lbs. Trailer frame failed as spring bolts were over tightened, not allowing spring to move freely. Instead of the springs taking the weight transfer the frame took the weight which caused it to bent. 3rd party estimated a 1200$ repair. Pj denies the claim, stating it was my fault. Their stance is I cant have a load on the trailer and hit any bumps or potholes.Customer Answer

Ok trailers responded with the following comments.
Yes, currently we have all agreed that this trailer was overloaded. The customer has sent in a complaint to the ******************** so as of now the claim has been higher up and is currently on hold.
Trailer is not overloaded per vehicle specs. The only item the trailer has transported is one ****# sxs.

Oct. 9, 2023 PJ Parts was Paid $10.16 for a small less than 1 ounce part, plus shipping and handling of $39.08. They failed to give a tracking number and do not answer any phone calls except for one guy that said try **** ******* now, they own PJ Trailers. All numbers are busy, disconnected or not accepting phone calls. Order has been pending since Oct 9th. Need a tracking number or refund, at least communicate. They took payment, fill the order or tell me why its just sitting. Have I been scammed?Business Response

Our online website was not calculating the shipping totals correctly on all orders generated online. We calculated the correct shipping totals by order and credited the card on file the shipping charges. Customer was credited $50.03 for shipping charges on 10/19/23.Initial Complaint

Im an owner operator truck driver. I delivered some steel beams to PJs manufacturing facility in ********** ** on Jan 16, 2023. The forklift operator had damaged my trailer while unloading *********. I contacted the management staff at that facility at the time and showed them the damage ( broken uprights on the framework of my Conastoga from improper unloading). The management staff gave me a phone number to contact the main office in ****** ** to take care of the issue. The phone number he gave me didnt connect with anyone. I tried several times before going on their website and finding another phone number. I tried that number and was only connected to voicemails, which I had left several on several different peoples voicemails. Never a call back. I then sent a message through their online system via their website. Finally had someone reply back to me. Unfortunately that communication stopped as soon as they figured out that the damage to my trailer from their facility was not on a PJ Trailer, but my own. Have tried several more times via phone and online. No more communication from them. All Im looking for is for them to pay for the damages they caused to my trailer.Business Response

when we bought our first trailer we had problems with the welds rubbing and through lots of traveling to a dealer to get it fixed, PJ's replaced the trailer. The new one came and when we went to pick it up Glenn called them from the dealer to say that the issue is already happening with the new one and we have not even used it. Through the warranty department we started the process before we drove the trailer home. Engineering said they would figure out a solution. While talking with Chad he and I came up with a few ideas to add to the solution Engineering would have. While this was happening, Glenn had his knee replaced and when we called engineering had an idea. We then were contacting the dealer to get a time to bring it in and coordinate with Warranty and engineering to get the part to the dealer and Engineering decided they were not going to help anymore. We now have a trailer that welds are starting to rub through and no recourse.Business Response

We requested the customer bring the trailer in for hands on inspection and review, but that has yet to occur. The customer's case remains awaiting drop-off. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was told by warranty that engineering said they would NOT help that they changed their mind and would not fix it. I would appreciate them contacting me from above in management because this is a conflicting report from what I have been told.
