      They never gave us a copy of the paperwork that said they could keep the ****** of my car for another loan after my car was paid off they even gave us the title to my other car when we traded it in. The loan had nothing to do with the car.

      ***************************** | Mortgage ***************** # ****** Texell Credit Union **************************************************** Office: ************ Fax: ************ I filed a home equity application and texell pulled my credit report. After applying I immediately and promptly provided all the required documentation. I waited for weeks to hear from them, even contacting the mortgage officer with no reply. I first tried contacting her on 5/6/22 and head absolutely nothing back. In her VERY FIRST and ONLY communication to me, This mortgage officer stated that my debt to income ratio was too high and denied my application without giving me an option to pay down or consolidate debt in order to qualify for the loan. She did not respond to any of my subsequent emails when I asked why I was denied without working with me on any options. This credit pull caused a decrease in my credit score. They need to provide additional options or remove the credit inquiry. I understand that mortgage officers are busy right now but thats no excuse for sub par service.
