Do not drop off your dry cleaning here!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! I picked up my dry cleaning from the ****** location on ***************. When I received my items, I saw that the bottom of my long black dress was dirty because the plastic covering was not tied at the bottom. My long black dress was apparently drug along the dirty floor or ground. When I addressed the issue with the lady at the counter, she was rude and unprofessional. The lady at the counter was an older woman (maybe over 65), heavy build, grey hair, and approximately 5 5 tall. She told me to take the dress to the Temple cleaners. I have to attend a wedding this weekend so I am leaving the area in the morning. I told her that I do not have time to go to Temple. She replied, Neither do I! I asked the lady for the managers contact information and she refused to give me that information. I asked her for her name so I can put it in my review and she hesitated. She then stated that her name was ****. I do not believe that she gave me her real name. I told her that this is a customer service industry that she is working in and her behavior does not coincide with a professional business. She replied, Whatever. She had no concern about my dress nor my business. She did not offer to fix the issue nor did she offer to refund me for the dress. Her attitude showed that she does not care at all if she lost me as a customer. I will never bring my dry cleaning to Johnnies Cleaners nor will I recommend this place to the community.
