      A few good providers does not cancel out the systemic lack of care and basic ethical practices. For the sake of profit they will let you die. They do not care about the client they care about their bottom line. It has grown increasingly apparent as they make access to healtchare **** near impossible for the lower and working class.

      This app is junk. Always has been. People always complain about and yet S&W does nothing about it. Pull your head out of your a** and fix this S&W. Show you care about your customers. A** of now you're pretty pathetic. You spend billions putting up new facilties. STOP THAT AND FIX YOUR JUNKY APP.

      Avoid them if you canthey dont care about you at all. Their only focus seems to be getting money from you. Despite having a ****************** plan, I was billed for routine blood and urine tests from my annual physical. When I questioned it, they provided only meaningless codes to justify the charges, with no real explanations. Even after contacting my insurance company and supplying the correct codes, they still refused to adjust the bill. Communication with them has been frustratingly slow and inefficient, and they seem to delay responses intentionally, forcing you to pay just to avoid the hassle.

      My experience with Scott and White is the worst that I have ever had with a hospital system. Not only is it difficult to get timely appointments, waits of 6 months for Rheumatology, the physicians have been smug, rude, rushed, and do not listen to you when explaining what you are suffering with. I am driving nearly an hour to avoid having to deal with their system ever again. There is an unacceptable level of care from this hospital. Avoid it at all costs.

      I sent a message to my doctor about a diagnosis that's written in my medical records that was never discussed with me or much less treated. The response I received from one of his nurses was look it up online. Not once did she say that but twice. I sent in a complaint about it and as usual I was ignored.

      Just got an exact replica of a bill that was paid in full almost one year ago to the date. They are threatening to send it to collections. Im waiting for a weekday to call customer service. Theyve gotten their money, pretty ridiculous in the year of **** they cant keep their own records straight! Beware, even years after service you might get repeat bills from them.

      I made the worst decision of my life almost 2 years ago I let ************************ in ****** ** do a complete spinal fusion on my back that left me permanently disabled. Without a care in the world. Now I receive SSDI and had to ask the state for help with health insurance and food stamps. First time in my life. I had a good job at ****** Please get a second opinion it could save your life. The staff is not very nice either heartless.

      1 - Patient portal is hard to navigate when it comes to routing communications/messages.1.5 - Patient portal has frequent errors disallowing upload of insurance cards so I haven't been able to fully enroll since choosing them in the Marketplace. This is horrific. What if there's an emergency? It's been like this for weeks. Unacceptable. 2 - Billing for insurance SHOULD be on the same patient portal but it's located at another bizarre domain 3 - BSW does not have a straightforward Merchant ID so it looks like someone has stolen your credit card. "Merchant: EQT*SWHP" SMH 4 - Payment portal refuses to send password reset and I KNOW I have an account there because I set up AUTO BILLING Absolute worst experience with their online system than any other health insurance I've ever dealt with.

      I took my mother to her follow-up appointment in Round Rock. Her doctor was kind, thorough, and professional. The provider's name is ************************************ and I highly recommend him.

      Two complaints about Dr. ***************************** in ******, *****. I was 3 minutes late for an appointment. After filling out paperwork for 10 minutes he cancelled my appointment because I was late. I guess his time is more important than mine since I've waited more than 15 minutes for him in the past. 2) He cancelled a refill of medication I desperately needed without telling me because a computer database showed that I picked it up. I hadn't. When I suggested that he could have asked me if I had picked it up (and then confirmed it with the pharmacy), he offered no apology. He said it was the pharmacy's fault, not his. He also insisted I call him "doctor" after I addressed him by his first name as if he's above me.
