    Products that I placed on my car have withheld for the last year with no issue. The app works great and looks great too. **************** has been stellar. Quick and easy to work with. Any issues they address up front. As long as installation is done properly you will get your product replaced.

    Products are complete trash. The few Ive installed I had to fix. App is even worse. Whoever is manufacturing this, customer service is terrible too. Im assuming ***************************** from the research. Please take more pride in your products. I refuse to install this stuff on anyones car anymore.

    Definitely sketchy. Ordered footwell lights which work as expected so far. Next tried the fiberglow strips which haven't connected to now three different 3rd party apps they've recommended (they don't have their own app) Also purchased the underglow which I'm nervous to install because of the connectivity issues of the fiberglow. Been with support for weeks now who can't figure out how to connect the lights to an app - literally the light's only job besides lighting up.

    I order my product in May and have not received my order. I have emailed back and forth with ******************************* and he does not want to give me a refund either.

    I dont usually write reviews, but I had to let people know that this company is a bunch of thieves.. I spent over $600 dollars with them and all my products are defective or dont fit on my car.. customer service is trash, and policies are strict because product is trash.. PS app for lights is also trash..

    Same issues as everyone else. The lights dont work after a short period of time and it is impossible to get help. Days of back and forth with ***** to get nowhere. It is 2023 and there is no option for a phone call, I assume this is ************ of someones garage. Complete waste of money and terrible company.

    I received these lights after 30days. The lights worked for one week then they stopped working. For months I had been going around in circles with them through emails and dms. In the end they suggested I buy the control box at a very heavy discount but they wont refund due to their 30 day policy and that It had been used. Their Returns policy Is a massive red flag so I have taken to social media with all of the bad reviews I have found and received to warn others.

    I have been fighting with them over a month. The lights did not work after about 2 months and they will not accept the return nor replace those cheap pieces of garbage. I've seen similar ones on **** and Amazon. We troubleshot the problem and they sent me all these troubleshooting steps they wanted me to complete and record on my phone, then email the videos to them. I sent a lot of videos and then they would come up with some other thing for me to do and i paid for a warranty. Their warranty means NOTHING!!

    False advertisement. Uses pictures that are not theirs in their website. Parts do not fit on my vehicle and their customer service is no help.
