      Be wary about their rental practices. I rented a towable man lift on Monday afternoon 4:30pm for a 1-day rental and failed to bring it back by 5:pm Tuesday, instead I returned it 7:30am Wednesday morning. (Business hour are 7:30am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday) The attendant told me that they had to charge me for another day rental since I returned it the next business day. I asked if I could hook back up to the unit and use it rest of the day, she said NO you turned it in. you will need to do another deposit and contract to use it again. Be advised that it took 10 days to receive my deposit back. I have rented from other companies, and they would have not done that. They have always closed out the ticket and refunded the deposit immediately.

      We have checked the video footage from when ****************** returned the towable manlift. Upon return on Wednesday morning, he communicated to customer ********************** personnel that he was aware there would be additional charges for keeping the equipment an additional night and to take those funds from his deposit. The employee agreed to do so. As shown on the recording, ****************** did not ask to be able to take the lift back out and use for the remainder of the day. If he had asked, we would have allowed him to keep the equipment for the remainder of the day provided it was returned by 4:30pm. We can have copies made of the video by our IT department if needed. When equipment is returned it is evaluated by service techs before contracts are closed. This is to insure equipment has been returned within agreed rental period and in the same condition as when taked by the customer per signed contract terms. Upon inspection, it was discovered that a bolt had been sheered off and check in could not be completed until a new bolt was received and the broken part replaced. When it was repaired and checked in, the deposit , less the overage on rental time, was released to the customer's card. All customer's are informed that regardles of when we release deposits to credit cards, their bank or the credit card company may take up to 10 business days to release the funds to their account. We do not have any control over that process.
