I purchased a set of dentures approximately 2 1/2 years ago with a lifetime warranty that I paid for. I’ll call Aspen dental on Richmond Road in Texarkana Texas the receptionist was very rude. I asked her if she could pull my name up because I have lifetime warranty and I needed my denture repaired. It was the lower ones. It would’ve been a simple fix. I gave her my name, my date of birth my Social Security number everything to identify me. She says I am not in the system. I am not an aspen dental patient I don’t know how that is because my husband and I both have set of dentures that we purchased cash money a couple years ago there at Aspen dental on Richmond Road in Texarkana, Texas. I purchased my dentures $5000 with lifetime warranty on the window at Aspen dental. It’s advertised to the public emergencies and walk-ins welcome I go in and the receptionist will not see me. I am not in the system how can that be. This receptionist says the only way to get these repaired is to make an appointment I would have to pay full price to have them repaired. How is that when I purchased in the beginning $5000 for dentures for lifetime warranty that makes absolutely no sense, so I need to have this issue cleared up. And if you guys can help me in anyway I would sure appreciate it. I really feel that this is false advertisement and they are not honoring the warranty that I purchased. I know that I’m not the only patient that this is happened to. But something really needs to be done @ aspen dental on Richmond Road in Texarkana Texas. thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
