In February of this year I bought a car from Gregg Orr Auto, 4411 N State Line Ave Texarkana, TX 75503. I am in Wyoming and bought a car from them because my brother in law was a salesman there. Within a few days the car started having major issues I was not told about from this dealership. I instantly called, texted, and emailed the dealership with no response for weeks. When I did finally hear back from them around 28 days after I purchased the car. They were extremely rude. The person I spoke to on the phone, ****** told me I’m not a princess and it’s my fault the car was faulty because I didn’t test it out the right way. I had stated that the car didn’t have issues for the first few days and I had instantly tried to contact them. His only options to me were to drive the car back to them to get it inspected again, or to sell it back to them for way less than I paid. I was promised it would have a complete look over and is would have 0 problems. When I brought this up to ***** he state that he has no control over the people who inspect the vehicles, and that he couldn’t watch them to make sure they did everything correctly. I now am left with a car I’m paying for that I can’t drive. I have also received a letter from a bank that they had requested a loan through that a new loan was submitted and it was denied. When I called the lady told me that when the loan was submitted the first time it was accepted and they had not heard back from them. She explained that you have 30 days to accept the loan and right before that offer expired there was a request to increase the loan in my name, and that is why I had received the second letter of the denial. I have tried to reach out to anyone higher up and every person who has even called me back has been very unhelpful and rude. Would you be able to point me in the right direction if you guys can’t help me please? I don’t know what else to do.
