    It was a nightmare. 5/24/24 took several days. Picked car up Fri 5/31/24 about 5:15pm. They close 6pm. Work to be done was hub assembly and cv joint. Drove 8-10 miles and my steering was jerking. Acted like transmission problem to. So scary happening on hwy 146. I have a great transmission. Fluids changed and told that about a yr ago. Glad I made it home. Called sat 6/1/24 at 7:40am. They had to tow back to shop. I could only back it up 4-5 ft and wouldn’t move. Robert owner told me the strut was cut to short so clamp came off. I’m mad and he’s offended that I’m mad. When this happened on a hwy an they’re closed. So now they have it again. He calls me to say I have problems on right front to. Work needed left front only. So I tell him I have no problem on right side. He wants to ride with me. He ask, do you hear that? Told him yes that’s my brakes and they are getting done when I leave here. He seemed a little surprised that I knew what I was hearing. Then he fixed serpentine belt. Now I’ve had a rental car and he’s had my car from 6/1/24 until 6/6/24. Pick it up go to wash it. Guy will have it somewhat cleaned for brakes. I look under and the casing where work was done, hubs and joint is not bolted back. Again I’m mad. It’s ridiculous to have this car that long and incompetent. Call so rude guy name Bill is talking to me and yes I’m hot because he was so rude and tells me he doesn’t have a crystal ball. When I get there a young guy in white cap tells me to see Bill in garage. Bill and I started arguing. It’s been such carelessness with them. I pointed at him and told him he he is straight up rude. All the stuff that’s happened since I came there. He then put his fist up to fight me. Robert the owner stepped between us and told me to leave. That I had been rude to them. He then says do not come back. My parts are covered for a year, work 90 days. Should anything happen they should pay another mechanic. Went to police. FiveStar Auto 4502 fm 1765 Texas City, Tx
