I got a loan/ ready made check in the mail from this company back in Oct. 2022 during dec I had life type things happen and I knew due to my situation I would not be able to make my Jan payment. So I decided to call *** and let her know ahead of time as well as inform her that I would be paying off my entire loan $1,345.57 as soon as I got my income tax. *** got very rude and told me that I could not do that and I NEEDED to pay. Then proceeded to ask me if I was still working for the same company and that I wasn't given the loan based off my tax refund but by my pay stubs. I asked what would you do if I just didn't have the money? she then said it would effect my credit and fees. I replied fine then that's what is going to happen. She then huffed and said hold on while I talk with my manager. I just hung up. The VERY Next day at 8am BEFORE my payment date was due, *** called me again after we already had this discussion. I hung up on her cause I do not engage in aggressive/bullying behavior. *** proceeds to call me for almost a month, I don't answer, I was not going to allow her to bullying me into paying when I already stated I did not have the money.2/15/23 ****** the Manager showed up at my apartment. Banging on the door, alerting my dog who then began barking woke me and my baby up. When I went to the door I did not open it I yelled through and asked "who are you? What do you want?" He then says my name, (which took me by surprise because remember I have never seen these people or been in their office) So I said "who the f*** are you???" look here strange man who knows my name you came to my home & woke my household & never said who he was or what company he worked for he just said I owed a balance. I spoke to the lady and told her my plan. he then said yes that was last month we are now in Feb. And I said And? Life happens? Why are you here?! I have a baby and meant to say gun but I said dog. He then just said ***** noted and walked away.

I have left a review for the ********* ******** location before and am beyond disgusted, the manager in the store is beyond rude and when I asked to speak with someone above her. A man called me stating he was the **** I explained my situation and he spoke so terrible to me and said it sounded like excuses , my husbands mother passed away and I took out nieces in. He told me he didnt care and he would gladly take me to court and have the nieces placed in Dhs custody and make sure I had no money to even get my kids food, today I find out they called people that were not on my paperwork, I dont even have the phone number for one of the people and they dont live in this state. They are my ex husbands family whom I have a very bad past as well as a order of protection from abuse, and they asked if I still lived at my address which I was trying to hide that information and even told them I owe ******* , I have pretty much paid them but they say I still owe a ton. I am beyond disgusted with this company and just spoke to them last week. They need to be shut down at this point or I am about to get a lawyer and get me a lawsuit for giving my information out the way they did and also for speaking me to with such inhumanity. I have asked to speak to higher *** and they will not allow it.
