    Walking belts sent me a defective treadmill belt which they refused to refund. They knowingly sell defective products and then refuse to replace or refund the purchase. This is a shady, unethical, fraudulent company that provides horrible customer service. Someone is going to get hurt using one of their defective belts. These belts are not lubricated as stated on the invoice causing a major safety issue. They have every excuse as to why it is not their fault. Bottom line they sell defective items. My purchase needs to be refunded for the defective item they sold me.

    Thank you for reaching out.  Please note this is not the case, the customer was provided information per our policy why the belt could not be returned.  After going back and forth with the customer regarding why the belt was not the issue, he was still authorized to return the part for a refund.  He can still return the belt if he wishes to do so and we will be happy to refund him once the belt is received at our location.

    We have attached all email conversations with the customer for you to review.
