      I wish there was a zero star! I never leave reviews but this company is probably one of the least professional and ethical company. They lied about the services they preformed and they try to go back and redo the work endlessly so they can collect more fees. They told me and the warranty company on few occasions that they recommend replacing the dishwasher but they changed their mind after I replaced it. Stay away from this company and review all the negative comments; not the good ones!

Their quick and efficient work, combined with their exceptional customer service, left me extremely satisfied. The technician, Felix, exemplified a high level of professionalism and expertise in appliance repair. I highly recommend Hornet Appliance Services to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch appliance repair services.

      IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD...This company doesn't answer the phone nor reply to emails. I had 3 no shows for this company. They don't follow up or communicate with their customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

      Technician was great, but the company does not follow through on the repair. Over 6 weeks and no resolution. They do not report progress to the warranty company to initiate a further repair or replacement. Also, they are hard to reach and usually do not answer phones. Very disappointing.

      ZERO STARTS IS MORE LIKE IT!! they do not answer the phone or show up to appointments! They brake your appliances and leave you hanging. No wonder they aren't accredited. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!
