•7/17 I emailed about my A/C being top priority on my work order list. •7/18 Chloe told me the work order would be put in. •7/21 Chloe messaged back to see if A/C was working. I replied that the maintenance said it was, but it still runs all day at 81. I was told that the maintenance would be up in my apartment that day. •7/28 I messaged again that the A/C was still running high, and only seemed to cool the living room. I also disclosed that myself and my significant other changed the air filter the first day I moved in because the previous filter was filthy. •7/31 Chloe messaged that it wasn’t normal for the a/c to only cool one room, and that she would send Sam (maintenance) to look at it again. •8/7 I messaged with the exact same issue not being resolved, and my other work orders still not being completed. Chloe reassured me that she would have “him” check the levels again, and that the other things would be fixed as well. -I was called around noon by Aleesha saying that my A/C had been bumped down to 72, and that before they left for the day they would check to see if it was cooled. I heard nothing back. •8/8 I messaged that I got home around 6p on 8/7, and the A/C had only dropped from 80 to 79 degrees despite the air being set at 72 for 6 hours. (Noon-6pm). -Chloe messaged me back saying that she would send someone later than afternoon or the next morning. I hadn’t heard anything back. •8/10 I message back that I hadn’t heard anything back, so didn’t know if the issue had been fixed. I attached a photo showing my apartment as 84 when it had been set to 75 for hours. -Chloe responded that Freon was added to my unit, and it was tested in the rooms. That the ac was blowing at 58, and that it would help if I put my ac at 77 or 78 when I was away so it wouldn’t take so long to cool down. They bumped it to 77, but weren’t sure if it reached that temperature because they bumped it down at 5pm. Need hvac certified maintenance to look at unit.
