            The Anderson automotive in ***** ***** on Broadway Is terrible they took my car in told my son it was diagnosed and need a coil pack spark plugs and something about ignition and they had fixed it ****** is what we paid picked it up drove it home about 3 blocks from the ********* minutes later I drove it about 4 miles from home it fell dead in the middle of the road in the turning lane . He came out offered no help said he had no idea what was wrong. By the ***** of god it crunk up again enough for me to get it out of the street. He didnt offer to to it nothing I had a friend who had triple A so I was able to call me a ride cause he definitely didnt offer to take me home I told him I was on oxygen my tank was running out cause I had been sitting there so long . He left me before my auntie and tow truck got there they towed it back to his shop only for him to tell us the next day that the engine was gone. Now Im not a mechanic but I got sense enough to know that all of that shouldve been checked before he put 300. Dollars worth of work into my car only to tell me the next day its the engine. They are worthless

            Really long story short, I took my car in back in February to have the horn fixed. **** got fixed and the mechanic/owner broke a vital part of my ABS system when re-attaching my steering wheel. After 2 weeks of lies and being talked over he refused to change out a couple parts since the issue wouldn't act up long enough to throw a code. I ended up having to drive my broke car to ****** and pay $1700 for ****** to fix what he broke. ****** even gave me the part with an explanation on how it was mechanic error. I filed a small claim with the courts. He denied my claims and a court date was set. Court date came and he never showed. After making my case, the judge ruled in my favor for him to pay back the amount I paid to ******. He had 21 days to appeal and he did not. He still hasn't even made an attempt to contact me in regards to paying me back. I would not trust this company with a ***** bicycle, let alone a car. Don't have what was done to me happen to you.
