            They installed my fireplace about 3 years ago. It is a ventless, but is suppose to pull-in fresh air. They were to run it outside of the house and all they did was lay the pipe down in the attic. *************************** had them get with me and I have been battling them for about 4 months now.

            Poor customer service. I bought a product that cracked in less than a week and called the company for exchange or my money back the associate asked the manager and he said they couldnt exchange it or give my money back
