            In January of 2022 I paid $1908.00 for dentures at Affordable Dental in Tyler Texas. Shortly after having them start the dental work, both Dentist were killed and the office has been closed ever since. We were told to go to this DDS office on broadway to complete the dentures. Then in July of 2022 after having several appointments where they told me my gums were not healed enough to make my dentures, then told me not to come back to their office, because the office that was closed after the murders was going to reopen in Jan 2023 or sooner. It is Feb 6, 2023. I still do not have any dentures and it does not look as if the office they are trying to send me to is ever going to reopen. I have been lied to and put off for over a year now. I need a corporate contact to try to get a refund of my money. I was done horribly by both these dentists office. Can BBB please help me get a good corporate contact for Affordable Dentures? The person I was told to contact last year when I made a BBB complaint, no longer answers that number at all.

            I was an affordable denture customer and was half way through getting teeth pulled and dentures made when. The dentist in this office were both killed in the waiting room. Months later I was directed to finish my dentures at DDS they made a set I cannot wear and when I complained they said go back to affordable (which was closed) after I paid affordable **** dollars up front. Now DDS says its Affordables problem and Affordable says its the dead dentist problem. I am here to say dont do business with either one of them as all they want is your money....Affordable will not even return my phone calls.***************************
