            Extremely frustrated with Broadway Powersports. Purchased a Seadoo Switch in March of this year. Took it in for a repair on 6/27/23. It's now 10/19/23 and we still do not have it back. Apparently the manufacturer does not have the part and the date it will be available keeps getting pushed back two weeks at a time since we took it in, 4 months ago. We have been without this boat for the whole summer and now we are coming into winter and still no end in sight. The manager, has been very helpful however his hands seem to be tied. At this point we would just like our money back.

            Broadway Powersports has been in contact with Mr and Mrs ****** about the back ordered parts. The manufacturer cannot provide the parts for us to do the repairs at this time. The parts needed for ****************'s Sea-Doo Switch is on back order and Sea-Doo has not been able to provide us with an estimated date. We have stayed in contact with ****************'s frequently to keep them updated on the parts when new information comes our way. Our hands are tied at this point. We cannot refund money on titled property. Once it is titled, it is considered used. We will continue to share new information regarding their parts as we receive it from the manufacturer.
