    We have had several poor experiences at the *****, ** Dunkin/****** ******* location, store # ****** at ***********************************************************************. We visited today, 11/12/2022 at approximately 3 pm CST. We ordered in the drive-through and pulled off at 3:15 pm CST. After ordering we pulled up to the drive-through window and paid cash for the order. The person who took our order/payment told us to pull forward and wait for our order, and then she closed the window. We wondered where she was telling us to go as this is the only window. There were no cars behind us so we felt no reason to move from the window. She returned and told us again to pull forward. We replied that we'd like to just wait at the window. She said "well it affects our "drive time" if you don't pull up". We know that the "drive time" is intended to get accurate data on how long it takes them to serve us and she was trying to get the numbers to not show accurately in a way that inconvenienced us. As we asked to stay, she slammed the glass drive-through window on us as we were talking. The person who took our order and payment treated us so poorly and was so disrespectful, we don't feel comfortable returning. On other occasions we have been treated poorly, had long wait times, both inside and in the drive through. There are several poor reviews that other people have made with the same experiences, so I thought I would bring my review here. To assist with finding the correct receipt and person who took our order: We ordered a banana royale with ********************* cream, whipped cream, and cherry, as well as, a kid's ********************* cream with sprinkles. (We received black and orange sprinkles but ordered rainbow sprinkles). We paid cash and the total was $8 +.
