The best company I have encountered, in past 10 years Ive been in East Texas. On Super Bowl Sunday, the hail storm broke out one of our Skylights. I called several roofing companies in Tyler, no one answered the phone, but when I called East Texas Roofers no only did they answer, but came over within 15 minutes, and gladly fixed our problem. We were the 5th roof, he was headed to Van after us, giving up his Super Sunday to help his community. I called 5 companies for a quote to repair the roof. The owner of E TX Roof *********************************************** Metal gave me the best option to repair what I was afraid was going to be costly. He cleaned the commercial roof of excess granules and repaired the leaks! Ive been referring him to others and would use his services again! Did a walk through in restaurant spotting all leaks in question and marked off areas to be repaired on this commercial roof. Cleaned areas and applied asphalt primer over roof mat for adhering purposes. Consisting of drain areas wall and field. Applied torch down modified per spec. Giving a workmanship warranty. 10/10 ************ Ever , They worked with my insurance company on getting my roof replaced that meant less stress on me. On this home , yes we worked the Insurance claim. Our company worked up a collateral damage report. Getting Insulation took out of her attic and new blown in due to mold. Up grade on shingles from 25 year to 30. New screens and several other things. Showing our appreciation we cut out holes and installed new soffit vents for better ventilation to work with her new ridge vents for free. Thank you **************Review fromStephen K

absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I had a leak in my roof around my skylight. They came out and supposedly fixed it which I can understand that sometimes its not fixed immediately that was on September 14. Today is October 3. I have called at least six times they did not return the calls and they have not followed up with me. I sent a employee out to get with *******, who had a leak @ skylight. So old caulking was removed and new applied. When we were told it still leaked, ***** called and said to him Im on my way. He responded not today I have other contractors here. Which had nothing to do with us getting on roof. Then he called me so many days later and said why havent youll been out. I told him we would have to schedule a time because he turned us away. I had River call and text him last week so we could see what was wrong and get on roof, he would not reply to him. Then i had a voice mail left on my ph while i was hunting about 930 at night with him saying he was going to leave a bad review on every platform. Im not sure if it was him or his husband. But why go to this extreme. We went out of our way to make contact. Even a few minutes ago my son text an called. 10-5-23 And you want respond. Thanks Owner ***************************.
