    Im giving this place a 1 star because it wont let me give it zero. Friends of a friend have rented from him with good luck, however that wasnt the case for me! The camper didnt get delivered until around 3pm. Once inside, we discovered it wasnt what we were promised at all. Instead of being fully furnished, there were only a couple pans, forks and utensils along with a broken Keurig. Also, we were provided 1 partial roll of toilet paper that was yellow like it had been wet. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a very thin blanket (no regular sheet). The bed felt dirty like someone else had slept in it. The floor was so sticky you didnt want to take your shoes off. The bathroom had used soap and an empty toilet paper roll on the floor. The generator had very little gas in it. The list goes on and on about why I would never rent from them again. I expressed my concerns to the ***** and all I got was ok, thanks. Now, hes refusing to refund my security deposit because supposedly someone (not me) left a review that he didnt like. He told me to have it taken down and he would refund my deposit. I told him to keep it and posted this instead. DO NOT rent a trailer from this guy!

    Hi all, We wanted to write a response as well as to offer some proof debunking this. The fact of the matter is that its simply untrue, and we have a video to prove it. As a way to verify that the interior of every rental is up to standard upon delivery, we require the delivering employee to take a video of themselves checking the generator, inspecting the ***************** the appliances, and running a quick supply check. A quick look at the video taken in this case falsifies most of the claims made in this post: theres no duct tape, the appliances are in perfect working order, theres soap on the counter, the beds are fully and neatly made, etc. It is in nowhere near the condition that this post would lead someone to believe. As to why **** would lie, we suspect this had to do with keeping his security deposit. Our rules, which he agreed to by signature, provide that you must return the generators to us with a full tank of gas, and that failure to do so will result in us deducting the amount paid for gas, plus a service charge, from your deposit. He broke this rule and was charged for it, and he immediately grew angry with our staff after being informed of this. For disputes, redressing customer complaints is always paramount, and we try to value keeping a relationship intact more than anything. When we tried to work it out with ****, however, he refused to hear us out and told us that its not about the money and would be about making a personal point. It seems that this review, and the ones and his friends posted on ******* are just the personal point he wanted to stick to us.
