    I set up and went to an appointment with this company 2/1/24 in ******, **. I was supposed to be emailed a copy of my taxes. I now need the copy of my taxes so I can verify things to get my refund. I couldn't find the email, so I contacted them and asked them to resend it. (I asked Friday 3/15 and got the reply late Saturday afternoon). I couldn't open the attachment. I have emailed, text and called at least ten times asking with no reply. My husband went by twice (once Saturday and once yesterday) to get a hard copy. It was during business hours and no one was there (he waited over an hour one day and over half hour the next).They think their services were worth $300+ and are supposed to be a sliding scale for income based. Our taxes were very simple to do (at least from what I can tell) and they KNOW we are considered low income. I do not think it is worth paying them with this poor customer **********************
