              On Tuesday February 20th 2023 I went to the location because I bought a vehicle from them. Mind you this is the second vehicle I bought from them for my personal/business the first one a 2011 Kia ******* with barely above 100k on the miles! ***** went out the same day. Then I ended up with a 2013 **** Taurus. This vehicle was a pretty decent vehicle considering. Until I had it checked out and was reported to have an electrical issue causing the windshield wipers not to work. When I was asking for a resolution, I wa so my offered to wait for their results ok the vehicle which caused me to miss work. The over all experience was up type with people of my skin complexion.

              Bought an **************************** March spent $1,500 down thought that the car was in great shape when I first got the car it was water in the coolant tank did not know until the car overheated on me got the car to the shop they said it was the heater cords they fixed it for free then now its the fuel pump and the injector sensor they are charging $800 and something dollars just to pay them for fixing it plus $150 for a payment plan and $75 for a biweekly payment I was sold a lemon and if I knew something was wrong with the car I wouldve never got it they are so unprofessional at there jobs one of the ladies at the service desk got an attitude with me just for asking a simple question about the vehicle they dont want to put me in a trade in vehicle or help put me in another car
