  They continued to be my Apple Pay though *** only had one car wash. Theyre trying to hit me for over $90. **************** is unreachable.

  I wanted to cancel my subscription after noticing their machine left scratches on my car. Went inside to cancel on more than one occasion and was given a phone number to call. Called the number and was told I did not have an existing account with their company yet I was being charged $25 dollars each month. I have not used their service in over a year and I tried to cancel several times with the last time being in December of 2024. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company because Zip's is scamming their customers by making it impossible to cancel their subscription.

  Beware!!! Fraudulent company! Don't get your car washed here unless you want to waste your money!! They tricked me into a subscription that I was not made aware of. The car wash employee told me that there was a special on car washes, $12.50 for weekly car washes for the month. Now my credit card is being charged $25 each month for car wash that I never used. I have tried to cancel it but cannot get a hold of anyone online or on the phone to cancel it.

  ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. GOT HUNG UP ON WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  These jerks took over my existing car wash and the membership NEVER EVER opens the gate. Manager basically indifferent and emailed corporate,,and get this...they said that won;t even cancel my membership because they recently (*four months ago!!!) took it over and cant access the record. That is total BS as a transition and downright fraud. I had to contact my credit card company to block the charges

  Like so many other people on this list I too was charged on 2 separate accounts for years resulting in several thousand dollars lost. They never issue a receipt via mail or otherwise so this is how it flys under the radar . I never signed up for anything. I just wish there were a way for all of the victims to come together and sue for our losses

  I cancelled my membership but discovered I was still being charged. I brought this to their attention but they claimed it was my fault for not cancelling 7 business days before my membership ended. I had an emailing telling my that I cancelled my membership! Didn't make any difference. No refund. This company is a scam.

  This company isn't customer friendly. They will do everything they can to get over on there customers. Please use another car wash before they get the chance to s**** you over.

  Im a disabled veteran, and zips car wash has been stealing money from me for sometime now. I called to talk to them cause they are charging me for two accounts and they refuse to refund my money on the account with a vehicle I do not own. This is disappointing that a local business treats people like this. The manager told me they are filling chapter 11 so they are going to try not to pay people and than reopen this should not be legal. If anyone has issues with any sort of payment with zips Im going to see about a class action lawsuit suit against the company. I will be in the process of contacting local media and veterans associations to boycott their sites.

  I drive a **** F250 I went through a Zips today because my regular car wash was destroyed by in flooding. The attendant was very nice and tried to sell me a membership. I declined and just wanted a regular wash. I paid $18.00 for a basic wash when done the truck was not clean and the middle of the tailgate was dry and still had dust from the raid in it. I went through a second time waiting in line to do so the attendant looked and agreed that it was not cleaned. He called another attendant on a walkie talkie I figured it would be better this time. It was not. I wanted to try again but the line was 4 deep this time. I cant find a way to talk to anyone for a refund.
