    Wed used ALLSTATE APPLIANCE REPAIR in the recent past and had been satisfied, but in December we called about a freezer that wasnt working properly. **** came, ordered a part, worked on it, and we gave him a check for $559 on December 7 2023. The freezer still isnt working and **** doesnt return our calls. Do we have any recourse? ********************* Note: I looked online and found several addresses for this business, but all with the same phone number - ************. Note #2 On looking at reports on social media from other customers , it appears that this is a pattern of doing business for him.

    Hello just wanted to apologize for any inconvenience for all the trouble with all this communication issues. yes I was called back from *************** regarding the refrigerator issue a couple of weeks later that they had problems again and scheduled a time to go back again and I called several times and no response from Mr. ***** **************** so I just thought i would wait for them to call me back so they called back and we set up a time for me to show up but in that timely i got sick and was out of work for 3-4 weeks because of my health so now that I'm recovered I will be more than happy to take care of the issue. ********************************* are great person's they know I wouldn't do them wrong been working for them for years and never had a problem. I wasn't aware of this situation since I didn't have time to check my emails and my messages I want to apologize once again to my customers for not reaching out to them on time. I will contact them by phone and get this settled.
