      I was introduced to **** ***** at the beginning of August 2022 via my wife's cousin (who'd bought a monster box or 2 from **** prior) in regards to selling a little over 1,000 ounces of silver. We spoke for about 45 minutes over the phone & actually had an interesting conversation about all kinds of topic, told me about kids, family, etc. Seemed like a good dude. We wrapped up & he messaged me shipping details for me to send the silver down to him in Texas to have a look, so the very next day (August 3rd) I went ahead and shipped it all down directly to **** via FedEx -- at my cost even. Since then, we'll go days without answers to basic questions such as "did you receive everything alright" ... "what were you thinking about the silver?" ... "has the check been sent?" I've gone ahead and included a PDF of all of **** & my correspondence over the last month for reference as I was not being pushy or difficult -- quite accommodating actually. I have been "out" a thousand ounces of silver for a month, and continue to be ignored and then lied to about when a very sizable amount of money will be paid to me for these goods I've sold. **** carried on a lie for more than 2 weeks about sending a check to me for payment and would string me along with "it's going out this afternoon" or "should be to you by Wednesday" when he's now admitted that there's never been a check mailed in the first place... ---- UPDATE 9/6/22: **** was forwarding my calls and then finally replied saying "I apologize we had our accounts locked due to illegal restraint from a NY court .. trying to get released" ... and then "I took time away because I had a panic attack and they were having hard time getting my BP down. I assure you we are doing everything in our power and I have an idea to run by my lawyer tomorrow..." It's Sept. 8 ... and he's ignoring 100% of my communication

      On May 20, 2022 I placed an order for twelve 100- ounce silver bars from Gold Pro LLC. I received an electronic invoice on May 20, 2022 for that order (********), and amount required was $28,175.12. The invoice was signed by **** *****, CEO. On May 23, 2022 payment of $28,175.12 was wired by Credit Union of Colorado (my bank) to Gold Pro LLC per their wire instructions. I received an electronic receipt from Gold Pro LLC that payment had been received. Gold Pro LLC's policy is to ship items out within 10 business days. On June 17, 2022 I sent an email to Gold Pro lLLC inquiring status of my ordrer, what's going on, I had not received the product from Gold Pro LLC that I had ordered and paid for. On June 23, 2022 I had a phone conversation with a Gold Pro LLC staff member who told me that their had been a suicide in the family and orders were getting backed up, and that they were slammed, and shortstaffed. I indicated I had not received the 12 100-ounce silver bars ordered. On June 29, 2022 I sent another email to Gold Pro LLC indicating that I had made several phone inquiries and several email inquiries regarding my order and had not received the products ordered and indicated that I had not heard from them ... no response from Gold Pro LLC. I stated that their non-response was unacceptable. I further requested that they respond by 12:00 noon the next day via email to make arrangements for shipping of the products I had ordered. (They did not respond) On June 30, 2022 at 12:30 pm I sent an email to Gold Pro LLC indicating that I had not heard from them and that I demanded a full refund ... the entire $28,175.12 being wired back to my bank in Colorado (Credit Union of Colorado). (Again, no response). In June, 2022 I spoke with a manager at Credit Union of Colorado who confirmed that the wired funds had been received by Gold Pro LLC. I request a full refund + interest for the 3 months that I have been without product or refund.

      for over three months, Gold Pro failed to deliver product ordered and paid for. At first they offered excuses; insurance limitations and an accident in the family. Then no response to emails or phone calls. This company is definitely acting in a fraudulent manner.

      Order for 10 gold coins placed on GoldPro website on June 23rd, 2022. Order number: ****  Invoice number: ********   Total: $19,175 Signed by co owner ***** ***** sent to me via text. I completed wiring transaction. ***** ***** confirmed he received the wire via text to me on June 24th, 2022 and wire amount has been removed from my checking account. Asked him for a refund of money about a month ago and he said bank accounts frozen due to some litigation they have going on. Promised me again coins would be sent. Communicating with ***** ***** via text at least twice weekly and he answered on occasion with promise of sending gold coins. Has not answered phone calls or texts over last 10 days. Coins not delivered. Order placed 2 months ago, never received coins.

      On June 7, 2022, I contracted with Gold Pro LLC to deliver 13 2022 .9999 1 oz gold buffalo coins. On June 8, 2022, I wired the money to their bank account. After many lies and deceptions, they quit communicating with me and have not responded to phone calls or letters sent in the mail.

      On June 14, 2022, I called Gold Pro, LLC of Vidor Texas at phone number 8*********** and spoke to Mr. ******* *****. I placed an order for 28 each, 1/10 oz gold coins. Mr. ***** emailed me an invoice for the amount of $5917.24 with instructions to wire the funds to his company's bank account. On the same day I went to my bank and instructed them to wire the funds to ********* Bank of Texas N.A., 5999 ********, Beaumont, TX 77706, per Mr. *****'s instructions. The funds were wired from my account at ******* Bank in *********** MS to Community Bank of Texas N.A., account number ********, routing number *********. This was per the instructions provided on the invoice Mr. ***** emailed to me. Since that time, I have not received the coins or a refund. When I attempted to call the number above, I get an answering service and Mr. ***** does not return my calls. I have reached him a few times at ************, which I assume is a call phone. I would like to have my coins sent to me or a full refund, including the cost of sending the wire transfer.

      I would like to know whether other people that have fallen victim to GoldPro and Mr. ******* ***** ***** may have filed civil suits. If so, I would like to join them.

      In March of 2022 I opened dialog with **** *****, the CEO of Gold Pro, regarding a trade of 40 pre 1933 gold coins in exchange for a selection of 40 modern gold coins. **** agreed to a one for one trade of my pre 1933 coins for modern gold coins. In mid April, I sent my 40 pre 1933 gold coins to Gold Pro Attn. **** *****. A few days later **** acknowledged receipt and verified the coins I sent were legitimate. We discussed the coins I wanted in return and **** agreed. Since that time my contact with **** became more difficult with stories of co-workers and family members dying and **** getting Covid. It is now to the point where ****** cell phone is never answered, and the business line is handled by a service. At the time the coins were sent to Gold Pro they were worth around $85,000. It has now been over a month with no contact from **** or Gold Pro. Any attempt to call just goes to their answering service and is never returned.

      I paid Mr. ******* *****, CEO of GoldPro,LLc $24,150.85 on May 3, 2022 via direct wire into the company bank account. The money was for the purchase of thirteen 1 oz. Suisee carded bars of gold on order number GPro8293. Since that time there have been numerous promises by the company of delivery dates, but no bars have ever been received. When I was able to call and speak to Mr. *****, I was given excuses (death in the family, issues with insurance, etc.) and out and out lies such as he would call me with the shipment number or email the shipment number to me when the order was filled. In the last few days of June when I told him that I had enough of his promises, excuses, and lies, he would not return my phone calls.

      Paid $121,643 for 3 tubes of brilliant uncirculated 2022 American Eagle gold coins on 4/19/22. Received 1 of 3 tubes on 5/13/22. Since that time have been given excuse after excuse why not sent. They promised a refund which never got (should be in amount of $81,762) and now they no longer will respond to any type communications from me. ********** **** *** *********** **** *** ***** ******* ************ *** ******** ******** *********
