      I spoke to Gold Pro owner, **** *****, at length before ordering as I had concerns about some of the negative feedback on Gold Pro and **** assured me that my order would be handled promptly. Payment of $25,378 was made by wire transfer on 5/12/22 (invoice attached). Received "paid" statement on invoice no. ******** by Gold Pro on 5/13/22. Invoice states "Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days from when your funds are deposited into our account and cleared to use before delivering your products". Since payment was made by wire transfer there was no wait time for deposit to be cleared. It has now been 23 business days and my order has not been shipped. My calls are not being returned and are now being routed to an answering service. Feedback was left on Jun 7 on TrustPilot. **** contacted me the same day by email and promised to ship product on Jun 8. On Jun 8 **** provided tracking numbers which were found to be bogus. See email communications on Jun 7-8 attached.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1.   The shipment received is nothing close to the value of what I ordered.  My order was $26K.  What was received is valued at about $15K.  I know this because I am in communication with the customer that whom I received their shipment and their purchase was for $10K.  The other items I received are valued at about 5K.  

      2.  Spoke with **** by phone on June 14th, the day after I received the 1st shipment. **** actually tried to talk me into accepting that shipment and I quickly informed him that was not acceptable.  I informed **** that I expected him to ship what was ordered and that I would return the other shipment as soon as my order was received and verified.  **** verbally agreed to this and stated that my order would be processed and shipped the next day and that he would be sending shipping labels to return the other shipment.  

      3.  I know of at least two other GoldPro customers currently in the same situation, they paid GoldPro 5+ weeks back and have not received their orders.  This, coupled with the fact that **** has stated he is no longer accepting orders and is going to close his business leads me to be concerned on whether or not I will receive my product or money back.  This is why I am holding on to the product that I have.  I would rather have a loss of $11K rather than return the 1st shipment and face of total loss of $26K if **** does not make good of shipping the correct product or returning my money. 

      4.  My latest conversation with **** was on June 16th by phone.  **** gave me his solemn word that my product would be shipped and tracking number provided no later than June 20th.  He said that if he would not get it shipped by then that he would personallyt drive it to me.  It is now 22th and I have not heard one word from him.

      5.  Today I sent a 15-day demand letter by certified mail demanding that my money be returned.  I am willing to use a mediator to intervene in the transaction to ensure he receives his product and  I receive a refund.

      The customer received 1 monsterbox of ******** *************, as this moment theyre 14,276  ******** Silver ************ Archives · GoldPro.com , he received 125 silver ********** , at the moment are 28.94 an oz, so that’s $3617.5 , 80 Canadian ************* right now would be $2260, and then he received 100 ************* which would be $2950 , and this with Silver tanking today , I attempted to schedule multiple pickups yesterday and I couldn’t figure out how to get them to do the third party from where he is located for whatever reason ,  Ups even charged me $565.47 and never sent someone .  The total of what he has is $23,103.5, he wired us $25,378 , I let him know of this issues with making a third party shipment and that it wouldn’t work , He’s held up two other orders because at first he said he wouldn’t send them back to until I send him more, which I don’t have the availability to do , and on top of that I’ve been dealing with the death of my friend , trying to learn how to help raise 4 young children without a father, fake reports by  both the ***** ***** *** *** ******** , who completely lied about what they said , and I said he could send them to me , and even keep 2 tubes of silver which is a 1200 value just to help get him out of my hair and me out of his so I can heal. I’ve been trying everything with him.

      My counter response:  I have no interest in his description and value of what was sent me.  **** ***** attempted to defraud me by shipping me merchandise for which I did not order and was not specified in the invoice.

      My counter response:   That's not my fault.  **** ***** should not have committed fraud by shipping me unsolicited merchandise and attempting to talk me into accepting it.  Note how his dollar valuation of the shipment that he "mistakenly" sent is so close to the amount I paid. Based on other reviews, I am not the first customer that he has attempted this scam on.

      My additional comments:

      - **** ***** initially verbally agreed that he would ship the items that I ordered and once received I would return the previous shipment with shipping labels he would provide.  On June 23rd, after two weeks of daily excuses as to why he failed to ship my items, he suddenly reversed on our agreement and insisted that I must return the items before he would either ship my order or refund the amount paid.

      - On June 24th I advised **** ***** that I would be returning the shipment and that he needed to provide the shipping labels.  I have sent emails each day since that date requesting the labels and he has yet to provide them.  On June 27th, **** ***** informed me by email that he was getting an error and could not create the shipping labels.  He asked me to shipping at my expense and take some silver coins from the previous shipment to pay shipping and stated that he would add the insurance once shipped.  I rejected his request and asked that he print the labels and send them to me overnight mail.  I still to this date have not received the shipping labels.  Yesterday, on June 29th, unannounced, UPS showed up at my door to pick up the shipment.  I still have not received the shipping labels.

      - On June 22nd I sent a 10-day demand letter for refund of funds paid.  The letter was sent certified mail and addressed to Gold Pro, LLC address which is posted on their website.  *** ** **** *** *****, TX  77662-4931.  The letter was returned by USPS as undeliverable with reason the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location.  **** ***** provided me with GoldPro's current address as **** ****** ******** ********* TX 77706.  Had I returned the shipment at my expense as **** ***** requested, I would have been shipping to the Vidor, TX address.

      On June 30th I spoke with the Jefferson County Assistant DA who is handling the multitude of indictments against ******* *****, not only for his GoldPro business for other businesses owned and operated by ******* *****.  We had a lengthy discussion and I am now aware of the scope of fraud that ******* ***** has committed.  Based on this discussion I have made the decision that returning the previous shipment before I have received the items ordered or a refund would be extremely risky and that is not a risk I am willing to take.  If I am to end up taking a loss which I probably will, I will not return the previous unsolicited shipment and risk losing everything.  I am in no way accepting the unsolicited items currently in my possession.  I notified **** ***** by email on June 30th that I am holding off returning the previous shipment.  At this point I am going to leave things where they currently are.  I am in the process of filing fraud charges and we will see where this goes.

      On July 1st, I was informed by an officer at the *****, TX police department that GoldPro has never resided at the *** ** **** ****** *******.  It has been occupied for the last 6 years by a U-Haul business.

      I am tired of dealing with **** *****.  This ordeal has caused my wife and I a great deal of stress, anxiety and frankly sleepless nights.  At this point I will be proceeding with filing a cause of fraud with the Beaumont, TX fraud unit.

      On May 3, 2022 we ordered two monster boxes of silver bullion. On May 3, 2022 at 3:56 pm eastern time we wired transfer the funds to the account listed on the invoice from GoldPro LLC in the amount of $28733.60. We called to tell them that money had been transfered. They said they received the money and it would be 7-10 days for shipment. They would send us comformation and tracking information. We have made several attempts to get firm information on when the silver bullion would be sent and keep getting excuses. We talked to them on 5-19-2022 and stated that we were cued to go out on 5-20-2022. we still have not received any emails or futher phone calls. On 5-23-2022 we called twice at 10:42am and 1:15pm both eastern time and just get the answering service. the answering service keeps tell us they will send them the message. we still have not gotten any phone calls back from them. GoldPro phone number is ************. What we are looking for is to get the monster boxes of silver bullion or our money back from this company. We put the original order in with ***** ****** and the CEO is **** *****. We have the invoice (#********) and the wire transfer number if needed.

      To the BBB, on GoldPro LLC, At this point, I would say FRAUD! Theft of $24,300 Intentional deceit and trickery, the deception was (**** *****) lying about his wife passing way—having to play mom with his three kids, to have me retract my complaint to the BBB or having me lie to the BBB that I have received my package. Anyhow, my case is like the other 27 complaints, on almost all cases: he collects the funds, promises to ship out the merchandise in three to four days with old stock, then neglects to ship the merchandise (of gold and silver), then two to three weeks later it’s still the same continuing deception: made up stories and lies with no tracking number or refund? I was easily deceived at first and now, I no longer believe anything he says after reading all the other complaints! It’s pretty clear, there’s a definite pattern here.       The customer has received his package , prior To any contact from the bbb to us , also we’ve sent the bbb a copy of the transaction agreements on every invoice which states Gold Pro, LLC reserves the right to not fill any orders that don’t meet our standards , including the quality of products , the purity , weight , as well as product availability . You have a 7 business day inspection period once you have received your products to send back any numismatic items and get a refund , minus the restocking fee of 15% . There are NO refunds on bullion related products , however if you’re not satisfied we will gladly switch them out for more aesthetically appealing coins . Please allow an additional 10 or more business days for shipping from our original ship time which is 7-10 business days from the time your funds are deposited into our account and cleared to use to receive your products. Checks of any size are currently having holds put on them due to Covid-19 shaking the financial system . Every package you receive will require a signature upon arrival or they will return to sender after 5 business days . Gold Pro, LLC only delivers the highest quality of products so if for any reason you’re not satisfied please let one of our account representatives know immediately . Thank you for continuing to support a family owned business , as we continue striving to exceed all expectations you may have .

      Agreed to purchase precious metals on Mar9 2022 for a total of $83,850. **** ***** the owner said it would only take a few weeks since most of it was in stock. I called after 4 weeks and was told it would go out the next day, 2 weeks later I called and left a message. **** called and said his wife was killed in an accident and it would go out the next day. That was 4 days ago.

      On March 14th, I spoke with the owner ****. W and in a second conversation with ***** F. who identified him as ****’s partner to discuss gold purchase, shipping times, package insurance, shipping, etc. I placed 2 orders for a total amount of $101,353,40 USD. I was told that everything I selected is in stock and ready to ship. **** W. stated that the items are shipped within days with a maximum of 10 days after funds have cleared his bank. Later that same day I sent them a check for $101,353,40 USD via certified mail which they received March 17th. My Bank cleared the payment on March 23th and I have written email confirmation from GoldPro that the payment cleared on the receiving end as well on March 31th. I also contacted GoldPro via phone and I asked when my coins will be shipped now that my cleared his on both banks. They gave me every excuse of attempted suicide of the brother, possible attempted suicide of the mother an that the owner is out of the office taking care of family. After there was no responses to emails and phone messages, I called their store number and every call is routed into a messaging service. I finally was able to speak with a real person on April 11th and I asked for a tracking number. I was told they have computer problems and finally they gave me a tracking number for USPS and told me my package was shipped Monday April 11 2022. I checked online the tracking number and discovered that the tracking number showed "label created" at 10.21 am at the same time the call took place. I was just lied to and called again, but ended up with the messaging aka call center. I checked daily on the status of the LABEL CREATED to showing shipped and the status has not changed to shipped or in transit. I must assume that GoldPro is unable or unwilling to complete the transaction to ship me my product. Certainly I continue to call and send emails to get answers, but nobody is responding.

      Mr. **** has been in constant contact with us, tragically we did have some circumstances that were not preventable, however we were still within our agreement in the matter of shipping time .I find it  extremely ironic how y’all lsend Us complaints, Even after the customers already received his package, notified y’all twice, and is more than happy. We have another client who also had an issue several months ago he called us yesterday and said that y’all never called him back after he called Yall four or five different times. Also even though y’all aren’t fair , y’all are plenty biased , y’all that we have two unresolved issues . Mr. *******  invoice has the exact expectations  which states our shipping terms and they receive their invoice prior than paying, meaning that they get a chance to read any and every bit of it before they ever send funds. . It reads as follows -

      Yes i received the 50 coins and got them checked as real. I have not seen the response from goldpro llc and can refer to a statement of ***** ****** who identified himself as **** white partner that the delay was caused by mr. ***** wife ***** being fatally injured in a car accident.

      I receive emails from this business constantly. I block the sender but then they just use another email address. I want them to STOP completely. I have no interest in this business nor their products. Why can't they stop sending emails?
