All American AC and Heating installed a 8K+ A/C unit but failed to connect the drainage pipe correctly. They did not connect the system to the emergency drainage correctly. 1 month after installation we noticed the emergency drain was leaking. We called them out and they stated that it was installed directly to the emergency drain and not both regular drain then, emergency also. incorrectly. but claimed they had fixed it. However, another month later, the drainage pipe over-flowed again. They came out to the house and stated again that it was not fixed the last time the company came out. It then overflowed again. But, they assured me that it was installed properly. However, It leaked again on July 6ith and drained onto my ceiling if my laundry room which caused me to file a claim with my insurance. Allstate sent out the Rytech restoration crew to dry out the room. But it had caused over 900 dollars in damage. I have sent All American 3 emails and 6 phone call and talked with their supervisor who just blew me off. I and my family deserve more from them. Please help if you can. *******************.

We had our house remodeled 4 years ago and a brand new a HVAC unit was put in. About 2 weeks ago our air conditioner went out and I was calling to see who could come out and see what's wrong which a company came out and told me my zoning board went out and I have 3 zones in my house and he by passed the board just so we could have air until he could give us a quote. I was given a outrageous price so I actually called the company to see it was under warranty. The owner actually answered my call which was a miracle because he had my calls going straight to voicemail for the last 3 when the labor was covered under warranty. He said the part was covered under warranty but it would cost me 595 dollars in labor to replace it. The owner came out and replaced it and when he was done I told him that the air coming out wasn't very strong and he said it was normal flow, but I doubted it. About 30 minutes or so later I called him to tell him that one of the zones was turned off. But had a ton of air dumping *** that area instead of the other 2 zones that were running which I told him the part that is controlled by the zoning board wasn't working correctly and he told me he checked everything which I know for a fact he didn't because I watched him spend less than a minute at 2 of the 3 thermostats which he didn't turn the zones off and on to see if the zones were working correctly. My wife and I have been trying to reach him to come back out to fix my zones correctly and he sent a text to my wife with another companies information basically telling us to pay another company to come out and fix it and he sent me a text that he was paid to replace the board and he claims he checked to make sure it was running correctly. But I know he didn't because I watched him. He also told me in his text that I would have to pay for labor again to fix the issue because the part is under warranty. But again when labor was covered he never answered and I had to pay someone else to repair my AC.

On September 8th, the owner came to my house to repair my AC unit. He said my home warranty would not cover a multitude of items but he would instead help me get my AC back on. I was desperate with the heat of the summer and multiple kids home. I paid for multiple services including installing new wireless app enabled thermostats all of which I paid out of pocket. He then told me hed find a way to get my claim through to my home warranty. (Which I have text messages where he confirms he will help secure new drain pan) None of which was true. I paid him by check over $1800 and never heard from him again. Many of the issues have not be resolved and he and his office no longer answer the phone.
