This company has reported this debt to my Equifax and Experian reports. I have never heard from them regarding this debt which I thought they were required to do by law. I would like to either have proof of this debt owed or please remove this from my credit report.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I will continue to monitor my credit reports and if this is not removed in a timely manner I will be filing a complaint again.

I dont know who this company is and I do not have a contract with Paramount Recovery Services and they never gave me anything stating that I did and placed a collection on my credit indicating it was new as of January 2024 however I never received any contract from them providing proof of this debt. I also have not received notice of their intent to collect prior to this being reported on my credit.Business response

The company has place a collections on my credit bureau 2/1/24. They have not sent me a copy of the contract they claim to have.. I say its fraud. They claim it was this debt was purchased from 12 ***************** in which I have never had a debt. As of today Paramount Recovery has still not provided a copy of the contract with my original signature or date this debt occurred, or a pay history. If they can not provide me with those three things i need them to remove it from my bureau because I am disputing this debt.Business response

This company placed a collection record on my ************* reports on 03/06/2024. Claiming I had done business with Advanced America and had a collection in the amount of ****** with them. This is false I have not done business with Advanced America since 2005 and even when I went to work for Advanced America, I had to pay out any loans with them then. We have not had pay day loans since that point. Actually, even at that point the *** you could have out combined is 600 in the ***********************. They were heavily regulated at that point in time and most companies have gone to a loan model that since I worked for Advance America, they will not loan to previous employees they are "Blacklisted". Also, I have tried getting documentation of this alleged debt from the local branches and they cannot find anything in their records to validate this alleged debt.Business response
