    Sidewalk ************************ of 380' sidewalk (Signed contract on 07-13-22, Completed on 08-12-22).Total sidewalk cost $4, 9*****. Foundation work with the same company was being done concurrently--demolition impacted the sidewalk. (1) Company failed to provide relevant information to me prior to and during the project (2) Did not replicate the new sidewalk to the same standard as the old sidewalk, per contract (3) Devalued my property with a shoddy installation job, and (4) Devalued my property by damaging multiple surfaces. I sent concern letters on 09-12-22, 11-08-22, and 01-05-23. As a result of my 11-08-22 letter, I had a sidewalk walkthrough meeting with the owner on 11-30-22. After this meeting, the owner has not communicated with me. For this reason, I sent a "Final Attempt to Enlist Your Cooperation" letter to the owner on 01-05-23 requesting feedback by five business days. Not receiving acknowledgment was equivalent to "I will not take care of the sidewalk and related issues," which is my reason for filing this complaint. Concerns--(1) Structural integrity of the entire sidewalk and unacceptable work throughout--soil and water retention warranted greater concrete depth as was present with the old sidewalk and with my other sidewalks (2) Several fractures occurred very soon after installation-one occurred the day after (3) Shoe prints appeared, and a hole appeared. (4) Concrete was not made flush with the perimeters. Lines vary in width (wide to narrow) and are jagged in places (6) Two critical ends are flawed in structure (6) Concrete and stain splatter occurred on multiple surfaces (sunroom panels, door threshold, metal trim, gutter, patio fence, iron gates) (7) Sprinkler pipe was busted (8) Parts of the yard were damaged by cleaning out the concrete machine bucket (9) Failed to follow through with debris cleanup. There was Inadequate supervision & no inspection after completion until I insisted. Have texts/photo documentation.

    Work was performed to standards in contract. Signed agreement states stamped finish. 4" concrete thickness. Proposal attached. 

    Our daily logs indicate customer was satisfied with work. I personally was not involved with this project until approximately 11/30/22. Met with owner. Discussed that I would be willing to address some concrete splatter and stain splatters as well as reimburse her for some land scaping work. Met with her again in January. Sent her an email discussing remedies some of her concerns. I have no received a response from her discussing my recommendations.  I will attempt to attach documents pics etc. My wish is to have this come to a rational resolve. Tell us why here...
