      I I bought an engine online for $3,000 from all Auto Parts to you.com and then a week later I tried to cancel the the item they would not let me cancel the item and proceeded to ship me the engine anyway upon receiving the engine it is a salvage yard engine that I do not want or need for $3,000 and I've been trying for 6 weeks to get my money back and they will not send anybody to pick up the engine or give me my money back and they said they will charge me a $1,000 restocking fee when I tried to cancel the order before I received the engine

      Over 30 days ago I made a purchase for a used engine. At the time of purchase I was informed that said engine would be delivered in 7 to *************************************************** the past 30 days I've been given one excuse after another. And then 4 days ago I was informed that said engine was already on a truck. One week ago I told them they had until the end of the business day to get it on a truck with tracking information. The individual that I spoke with at the company kept pleading stating it couldn't be done in the time frame provided. And that they needed an extra 24 hours. Even given the extra ************************************************** this screenshots. Every time I speak to this company it's one lie after another. And there has been no offer of compensation for the extra wait times. They had no issue taking my money but obviously there's an issue sending what was already paid for a month ago.

      I purchased an engine that was said to be refurbished which was not but actually salvaged I believed to be. Paid ******* of funds to have delivered and after being checked by the shop to do installation find out it passed none of the inspection checks contacted them and told them of the problem and still have not spoken with an actual supervisor starting to believe no real management is present or their just used to taking from the poor class and I am well within my six month warranty time cause engine was purchased in March&we are only in July and of course theyre not trying to refund so taking the steps to take them to court as we speak. How would my warranty be able to be canceled without my permission or knowing anything to be the crooks they are when sold me the damaged engine they knew what they were doing. Crooks will do anything to keep taking from the poor.

      As per the invoice we have clearly mentioned that ANY DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OR
      WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED. This statement was clearly informed to the customer, we also asked the customer to approve the terms and condition before even we could charge the card and process the order. Please find the attached email approval from the customer approving the terms and conditions. However, the product got delivered on 20th April ***************************************************************** damages from our side the mechanics would have identified it while installing it only and not after 4 months of using. 

       

      However, we still want to help our customer, Please do send us a authentic service document from a certified mechanic proving what is faulty in the engine we have sent. Once we receive it we will work on the best resolution

      I ordered an engine from them and canceled the order 1/2 hour later because I found a better engine for less they charged me. I refuse the invoice and I called the sales person. He was upset and irate that I canceled my order and said I had to pay for restocking or cancelation fee. Since I canceled the order 1/2 hour after I sent him a message saying that I don't agree Since they didn't have time to pull the engine and test it. 2 days later I get a phone call from their secretary saying that the engine is being tested and will be ready to ship tomorrow. I told her I had canceled the order a 1/2 an hour after placing it and I did not need it she said she would call me back. She never called me back and 4 hours later I get a fraud alert from ***** Fargo saying that my card was not only charge for the engine but for dinner 3 times at some Talabat ***** Dinner. I filed fraudulent charges with ***** Fargo and that card has been canceled.

      I ordered a 2011 GMC Terrain Engine, VIN: ***************** Invoice: AAP2U13561 I ordered the engine on June 23rd 2022 and paid ***** for it as shown in the picture. I was told the engine would take **** business days to be delivered. I was promised pictures of the engine within 48 hours. 2 weeks went by and I still hadnt received any pictures yet. I kept calling All Auto Parts 2 U asking for the pictures but they kept telling me they couldnt get in touch with the mechanic so i started to do some digging myself and looked at reviews on them and people were saying they were a scam, sending bad engines, and not giving refunds. So as the picture shows on July 11th 2022 I decided to just cancel the whole order. When I called to cancel they were threatening to not let me cancel the order at first and trying to argue back and forth. After that I emailed them the reason I wanted to cancel as asked of me. They told me that they were taking a 30% restocking fee on the refund but the invoice clearly says that all RETURNS are 30% restocking fee. This was not a return because I never received pictures and the engine was NEVER shipped out! I demanded my full refund and they refused. After that they promised me the refund would hit my account in 5-7 business days and this was July 11th 2022. 4 days later on July 15th 2022 they email me(as the picture shows) telling me that the cancellation process is still going and they will update me on the refund process. After the 7th business day I called them and they were saying that the billing team wasnt there and that they would reach back out to me. Another week past and they never reached out to me so I called again and they said the same thing! It is now July 29th and I have yet to get my refund! I want my money back and I deserve a full refund! This is RIDICULOUS and **** dollars OUT THE DOOR! Please help me out Better Business Beraeu. Im Furious!

      On April 14, 2022, I paid $2300 to the company for a 2007 **** Expedition 5.4L engine. To date, I have not received the engine. They sent an engine (2010 **** 250) which was the wrong engine. And I have made NUMEROUS phone calls to them attempting to get the correct one shipped. According to them it was shipped again in late May. That engine was delivered to an address in **********. It was to be picked up and redelivered to the correct address. E and J Sales and Service, **************************************************************************. Still, no engine. I have been in contact since June 3, 2022 and according to the company it was to be picked up by XPO Logistics and delivered to *********. According to ***** at All Parts 2U, it was picked up by XPO Logistics on Monday, 6/13/22, and he would call me end of day with the Tracking Number. No call. I called on Tuesday, 6/14/22, spoke with ******** and she stated all the guys from shipping were on break. It was 6:56 p.m. and they close at 7:00 p.m. No return call that evening. I called on today, 6/15/22, twice. First call I eas placed on hold for 12 minutes and sent to Voice Mail. I called back 12:58 p.m. was placed on hold to speak with a supervisor and the phone call was dropped at 1:06 p.m. Before I asked to speak to the supervisor, the gentleman told me that the person handling my case was out for about a half hour and I will be receiving a call from him regarding the Tracking Number. He was the one who had to help me. I was given a BOL #********* for XPO Logistics. On 6/15/22, I called XPO Logistics and they have no record of any pick ** in ************ to be delivered to *********. That is where the engine is located and there is another AllParts 2U. But I am dealing with the ***** chain. I am looking to get my money back ($2300.00) and they can keep their engine. It has been two months since I paid my money and still NO engine. Just excuses and apologies. Thanks in advance for any help you can be to me.

      I spoke with ****** on Monday April 18th, 2022 regarding a inquiry to purchase a used motor. After agreeing on a price, I authorized them to charge my card $1,545.00 and place my order. An hour later, ****** the manager, calls me and tells me they gave me the wrong price. They stated it would now cost me $2,095. I informed them I could not afford that and to cancel my order. I was informed that my order was indeed cancelled. On Thursday April 21st, 2022 at approximately 8:53 pm I got an alert from my bank that All Auto Parts 2 U was attempting to charge $1,650.00 to my debit card. I immediately called my bank and stopped the charge. They stated they were actively trying to run multiple charges on my debit card. My bank froze my account and immediately deactivated my card. I attempted to call *************** on Friday April 22nd, 2022; and my phone number was blocked from contacting them.

      On April 18 Customer called asking for used Motor, hence we offered customer $1650 Final price, customer was okay to purchase, We sent the invoice to the customer and also asked customer to reply back authorizing the payment. Hence customer did authorize the payment via email. Only after customer authorized us to charge his card we went ahead and processed the payment. However, the card got declined. Attached is the email proof from the customer authorizing us to charge his card for $1650.

      Square ***** cash app affiliate to ****** Bank case number is ********. The following message was sent from the bank:1. I checked the $2.500.00 payment to Allautoparts2u.com Llc and we've escalated your case, and our team is working hard to resolve your issue. For reference, your previous case number is ********.February 23, 2022 $2500 was used to purchase an engine for a 2010 ********** Passat. Mr. *************************** informed me there mechanics fully inspected the engine with ****** miles and that this was a good working product being sent through YRC freight. The engine made way to my mechanic Autotech who informed me the valves were not opening and closing due to a bad camshaft or bad cylinder head. This kind of damage requires a whole new engine. Me. *************************** from All auto parts 2U said he would offer me $200 as a refund, but I was not satisfied per our conversation. ******** then said he would ship another engine, but I replied not to send another broke engine to me or my mechanic. Conclusion, stuck with a broke engine that All auto parts 2 u knew was broke when they sent. Desire every part of my $2500 dollars back and included my bank case number.

      All Auto Part 2 U specializes in selling USED OEM AUTOPARTS.

      On 4/4/2022, we received a Complaint on BBB. The customer claims damages in the received product.  

      The package was delivered to the address that the cardholder provided us on the day of sale on 3/08/2022 by YRC Freight with tracking PRO#**********. 

      Our Invoice clearly mentions that we warranty only on the long block. (Engines are sold as an assembly with manifolds, timing cover, belts, oil pan, fuel injectors or carburetors, gaskets, and other accessories but we warranty only on the long block, All accessories like manifolds, timing cover, belts, oil pan, fuel injectors or carburetors, gaskets, hoses, etc, Needs to be replaced if it required for better performance of the engine.) (Atch A - Invoice Attached) 

      We asked the cardholder to sign or reply back saying you approve the invoice for authorization to charge the card. The cardholder agreed to this Invoice via email. (Atch B - Attached email copy)

      After the product delivery, the customer called and reported damages, We asked the customer to provide us a service document from the mechanic stating the problem. Hence the customer's mechanic sent us the service document ************** ******* doc attached). ******* Document from the mechanic clearly states that DURING INSPECTION OF MOTOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TECH FOUND INTAKE CAMSHAFT NOT TURNING NOR LIFTING VALVES. This camshaft problem is something that we don't warranty on. We informed the customer about the warranty policy clearly. However, as a goodwill gesture, we still compensated the customer with $200 to get the camshaft replaced (Atch D - Attached Refund Receipt). We also emailed the customer informing him that after the compensation this case will be considered resolved and asked the customer to acknowledge it too. The customer replied to the email that he agreed. (Atch E - Attached Email response from the customer)

      The attachments and proofs clearly show that we helped and resolved the customer's issue quickly. However, after receiving the compensation customer never contacted us for anything. After a month customer is trying to claim through ********************. 

      If the customer still needs a refund then, we can proceed with the refund. But, as per the cancellation policy which was agreed upon by the customer before even we could charge his card. The customer has to return our product to our warehouse. After we receive our product we will hold a 30% restocking fee and initial shipping money and refund the remaining amount.

      Autotech, mechanics, informed of their engine being defective and after many failed attempts to repair engine decided to no longer repair parts and due to storage regulations automobile was sold and engine scrapped due to AllAutoparts2U negligence.

      I purchased a used engine from this company March 1,2022 for my **** ***** Impala 3.4L. I paid $937 for the engine that arrived at my mechanic for install for a labor cost of $1400. The engine came with a 90day parts warranty. The engine is a completely dead. It can't be used. It's shot. The blocks are no good. pistons are bad, one side of motor had oil and the other side was bone dry. Engine has timing cover leaking oil, valve cover leaking oil, pan gasket leaking oil, exhaust manifold half of it is wet with oil and the other half is dry. I contacted the company and advised what was wrong with the dead engine they sent. The engine should have been inspected prior to shipping it to me. The company refused to replace the engine with one I can use. They required me to pay the cost of shipping the dead engine to me $100, 30% restock fee $281.10 which made no sense because the engine is dead. it needs to be junked. It wasn't a matter of I changed my mind. I'm also responsible for the shipping cost back to the company which the cheapest freight cost from ***** to ********* is $335. So would in all leave me to receive a refund of $220 bucks and I still don't have working transportation. completely ridiculous. As a consumer, I feel as I have been completely scammed. I still have to pay the mechanic for something "All Auto Parts 2 U" sent me that didn't work.

      Customer placed an order for **** ***** Impala Engine Engine 3.4L (VIN E, 8th digit) on March 1st. We informed customer earlier about the warranty Policy and the terms and conditions before even customer paid for the engine.

      Invoice with the T/C mentioned sent on Tue, Mar 1, 2022 at 12:04 PM (Email chain proof attached)

      Customer responded to the email saying I approve On Tue, Mar 1, 2022, 2:03 PM (Email chain proof attached)

      Customer paid for the engine only after agreeing to the terms on  Mar 1, 2022, 2:11 PM (Transaction receipt proof attached)

      This clearly proves that customer has purchased the item after agreeing to the company policy. 

      As per the company policy, we informed the customer that we will send accessories along with the engine but the warranty stands only on the long block. If any accessories do not work customer has to replace it on his own. (Mentioned on the invoice).

      after delivery customer contacts us complaining about the engine, we advised customer as per the company policy. hence customer also agreed to the resolution(Proof attached in the same email chain.) 

      If Customer was not happy with the resolution, and if he would have contacted us to help him, we would have tried and waived off the restocking fee. However, we will still offer him the same deal. Once we receive our engine back we would request customer to contact us to solve the issue directly.
