      We ordered a monument for our parents after ***** 2021 rolando Saenz was once married to a relative and felt comfortable with him but turns out the reviews about him not answering your calls or keeps saying he will have it done and its summer of 2023 and still waiting he asked for the family to set up the foundation for monument last September 2022 unfortunately he did not keep his word we also made the mistake of paying upfront for his service but all we get are his empty promises

      I would give zero stars if that was an option. My family placed an order for a memorial monument for my grandparents in September 2021 and have yet to receive the order (May 2023). The owner refuses to complete the job even after many conversations with more than one family member. One excuse after another. Currently my family is at a loss and this is absolutely unacceptable. Do the work or refund the money!
