      When ************* came they lifted up Vinyl they added molding on the bottom shown in picture they did not have enough material so they where supposed to be back to finish the molding all around and fix all the cabinets that where falling off this was on Memorial Day I called to see if workers where going to come back and nothing and recently water starting coming through window seals and back door

      Purcased DEC 2022 Its July 2023 Both front door and back door leak and cause puddles when it rains.The front window leaks water comes in at the top causes a puddle on the window seal.Master bedroom has had a water stain on the walls since the day I moved in. I have reached out to the place I purchased the home they never since someone ought to fix it just so supposedly has it 1 year warranty to fix things and I'm 6 months in I want this fixed and taken care of

      We have the ******* Mobile home floor plan. Floor from kitchen all the way to hallway has a 2 1/2 inch gap , from Dinning room to kicking there is a 2 inch drop . Living room floor if stand on one side other side of board picks up , Flooring in master bedroom is a big ball was told that it is carpet folded in . In hallway there is a bal also on floor but is vinyl. Doors do not close I spoke to the company where I purchased home from and was told manufacturer has to approve these things and everyone that gets send to work on my home does know what they are doing and say they will be back in a week and I don't hear back from them .

      I purchase a Jessup Manufactured home around September 2022, For the last 5 months this home has been taking on water every day it has rained.I have made number calls and emails, sending pictures of the issues, and requesting repairs, several times contractors have come out and made attempts to fix the issues, in my opinion these people were grossly unprofessional and unqualified. Their efforts had zero affect on the water leaks.I finally was able to temporarily stop the leaks on my own. My issues is the water that has filled this home is now turning into mold, I have an almost 3 year old daughter, my wife and my dog to think about their wellbeing.Also I am a 100% disabled veteran, the stress over the last several months has had a very negative affect on my mental health and PTSD. I am very depressed and feel Im being left in an unhealthy environment for my family. I feel very lost and helpless. I cant afford to buy a new house, I dont want to turn this into a legal issue, because that just brings on more stress, my uncle has Vitz law firm in ******** , my cousin has ****** law firm also in ********, and my Step father has ******** in Cook law firm in ******, they are my last resort and I know they wont charge me for help, but I feel I shouldnt have to force people to do the right thing.

      To Whom It May ********************************* to receiving the BBB complaint from Mr. ***** **************  We received a factory service request.  The work was scheduled and completed the week of March 3rd.  The customer stated all repairs were completed to their satisfaction and they were very happy with the work performed on their home.  Please respond that you have received our email.

      My home is 3yrs old and due to how they install the water lines the ******* rubbed pin holes in 2 of the lines.. it took 3yrs due to the size of the holes to show the water damage. Now I. Having to replace half of the flooring in my home Jessup wouldn't do anything or take responsibility for there mistake. Due to my warranty only being 1yr. If the water lines were installed properly this wouldn't have happened.

      We received a report of a leak from ****************** on January 20,2023.  Upon investigation, the home was purchased on 1/30/2020 from Sun Rock Properties in *********.  There has *** no previous reports of concern regarding the home.  The home comes with a comprehensive 1 year warranty, as listed in the homeowners manual.  ****************** did provide us pictures of the reported leak.  In viewing the pictures , the pictures were of a repair.  There could be no determination as to causation of the leak.  In addition, the leak was reported after the expiration of the homes warranty.  Therefore, this falls under the homeowners insurance policy not a manufacturing defect or failure in materials or workmanship.

      Bought jessup ******* may 2022.delivered a miserably constructed with no kind of craftsmanship at all. From top to bottom nothing but issues. They said there'd be some during transport but most of the problems started from the factory. They promised to repair once it was set but it's now nearly a month and nothing but giving me the run around has happened. Lord I wish I'd have read the reviews because they are all very accurate and true. I'm seeing exactly all and even more issues so many others have had to endure. This is not the home I was shown, I'd have NEVER paid the money I did for such a piece of trash. I can't foresee this thing lasting more than a few years. Years filled w repairs and money that a new home even a manufactured shouldn't have. House is not square or level..The floor has ridges and buckles, not one room is square or plumb, doors hung incorrectly,so won't close windows installed severely crooked. Ac vent in master bath is in middle of floor where u can not have a rug. Laundry has no vent. Fridge has no ice maker and is loud and blows hot air. Cabinets are c*** Workers tracked glue, paint and adhesive on carpet and linoleum. Sheet"rock/cardboard" are busted in every room. Outside walls bulge. It's a beyond unacceptable. Tent city's have better structures. Brigadier so helpful at start, now keeps blowing me off, my money in hand so I'm left w empty promises and guarantees not honored. This has to be illegal, false advertisement and fraud at the least. I will not accept this money pit for my forever home without going down screaming and letting EVERYONE OF MY 3 MILLION VIEWERS on ****** maps, fb, Instagram, TikTok and other social media know to steer clear of these company's. Better to flush money in a toilet than buy a card board w aluminum can wrapping " home" from jessup and brigadier out of **** **. I want what I was shown at the display ********** not this scratch and dent, second hand, c*** they delivered!. I'd be too ashamed to sell this.
