    I had open heart surgery in ******* recently. My doctor prescribed physical therapy as part of recovery/rehab. I wanted the *********************************************** therapy as described in Balance's website. On 10/13/2022 I reached out to Balance and their representative said they could provide my therapy but they needed my doctor's referral. I got my surgeon in ******* to send them a referral on 10/17/2022. I went to Balance's office that week; they said my referral might be on their fax machine but they had not read it yet & they would get back to me. Since then they have gone silent to my many messages asking them when/if I can start the aquatic and physical therapy they promised. They will not answer the phone or return my calls. I don't know if the problem is they cannot do the type therapy my doctor prescribed, or if their business just isn't in business in Waco yet but promises they are. I have gone two weeks without starting physical therapy and I can barely walk. I need the physical therapy! But I also need my doctor's referral because he does not want to write another referral since he already supplied one. So I want to get the copy of my doctor's referral from Balance so I can shop elsewhere - but they won't answer the phone or return my many calls.
