I am property owner. Interviewed property management. ******, she was very efficient, Organized and professional. After six months she left. New property management, very poor communication. ****** called put in a work order, he smelled gas. He also called me, so I called the property managers and told them they need to get on this right away. They assured me that he would be taken care of. 28 hours later tenant called me. No one has showed up yesterday or today. Gas smell was prominent. I called property manager and said get somebody over there Now. Tenant also called atmos Gas. So I called the local reputable plumbing company and got them out there right away within 30 minutes. ********* was there at the same time they fix the problem. Thank God this didnt get worse. Or burn down my house or kill people. So the lady answering the phone accuse me of profanity. She did this so that she would not get in trouble with her boss. So the boss calls me up. Said hes terminating our contract because of my profanity. So a few days later I called the lady upfront. And I asked her exactly what I said. She could not remember what I said to her. I knew right then that she had made up the story. She lied. I agreed with the property management that we needed toTerminate our relationship. Please do not hire this company. Management is incompetent. God bless their soul. That no one got killed.

We chose to terminate our agreement with **************** due to a difference in values. Further, we do not permit abusive behavior and/or language toward our employees and vendor associates.
