  Wanted to thank ***** and *******. We really appreciated both of them on the sale of the house they purchased. The house needed several repairs and updating and we knew what kind of money it would take to fix repairs and to update it. We did not want to tackle any projects the house was needing. The money offer from this company was right where it should have been. Very happy with the quick sale and how the transaction took place. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to sell a house.Thanks again!!!

  I spoke with ***** this morning regarding the offer I received for my property, which stated an "as is cash offer". This is a yellow post card, front and back printing. She told me my offer was basically not as is?***** states, If the property requires any repairs, the offer would be reduced accordingly and actually closing at that offer is very slim and I'd be wasting my time talking about it if there are lots of repairs that are needed. "AS IS" OFFER? I was mislead.My initial contact with this company, I spoke with a man. I explained to him that this property is zoned commercial, as I did to *****. Although I have been leasing out the home located on it, when sold the property can no longer be used as residential. He stated that's ok, we purchase commercial also. I told him at the time, I did not think I was interested in the offer. He asked me if it was OK to contact me again in a month, I said ok.Then ***** says, that's probably *****. He's overseas, so he really does not know any of the market or how this works.How MISLEADING? I know many people have rated this company as good. My impression was not one of integrity when judging against their advertising. ISN'T THIS FALSE ADVERTISING? What do you think?

  Was looking into putting my home on the market for sale and sent them a message for consideration. Received a call from ***** or should I say a counseling session, about all of my options. She was very informative about the market, the dos and donts and what I could receive. Once we spoke on the numbers, she explained the best solution that would benefit my family and myself, and I must say SHE WAS AWESOME IN PROVIDING ALL THE RIGHT ANSWERS. Thank you so much for your assistance!

  They made the process very understandable. They were upfront with everything they said. There were no gimmicks. All the fees with the property THEY paid for. There were title issues that had popped up and they worked very hard to make sure everything was properly done. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone looking to sell a property quickly and easily!!

  After being bombarded with offers to buy from all over *****************, we decided we wanted to deal with a local firm and have the ability to meet face-to-face. **** First responded quickly and made a fair offer. Don't use the Tax Appraisal as a true indication of the value of your home unless you have recently renovated it. The sale proceeded on schedule and we closed in a very reasonable time, and they paid all the fees as promised. Waco First Home Buyers are a delight to work with.

  They were given a test to do, and *** did just that they handled everything in a timely manner, as well as being truthful and honest about the whole process. It was very easy and painless. I found them to be very heart, felt and kind as well as understanding they were there to answer any questions if necessary as well as assist if needed I recommend them to anyone who may be in need of selling a home on a short period of time.

  DO NOT recommend these folks at all, they will LOWBALL your home appraisal. If you're strapped for cash, you're much better off selling your home the traditional way. Waiting a few months for a decent sale price is never a bad idea. These folks just offer 20-50% of what your home is worth and you'd be left HOLDING NOTHING! Know Your Worth. Your home is worth a-lot more.Shady business, don't ****** your life savings away kids.

  I think everyone there are just really caring people ! They do what they say they are going to do ! I didnt know what to expect from them at first but from the moment I spoke to them on the phone from the moment ******* stepped onto my property I felt very comfortable and not pressured ! I would recommend this place all day !
