    On May 23, 2023, we paid Caliber Roofing to have our roof replaced and fix hail damage on our house. The roof was replaced, but we still do not have any screens on the windows that the screens were supposed to be replaced. At first Caliber told us, that the ************** lost the screens, and they would remeasure them and replace them with new screens. Then, the screens were replaced, but they did not fit the windows, the metal was dented, and the paint did not match. We have been attempting to get this issue resolved since then. For awhile, Caliber would give us updates on what was happening and would assure us the situation would be resolved soon, but now we cannot even get the employee that we were working with or the owner to respond to our text messages, phone calls, or emails. They have basically ghosted us, and we have gone almost an entire year without screens on our windows.
