    I had taken my bulldozer to N&R ********************************************* repair. Located at ******************************************************. In which it took 5 months to try & fix. We got the bulldozer back on July 6, 2022. When i had gotten the bulldozer back I began to use it, it began to make a rattling noise in the engine. I had gone back to N&R and spoke to the owner ************************* and explained that the machine smokes alot and ***** a lot of oil. **************** had gone to my ranch and asked if I would bring it back to his shop so that he could fix it. I did so on July 12, 2022. It's been at N&R since. My wife called to see when it would be ready. **************** had told my wife that he was busy and he would fix it when he was good and ready. I need to know what my next steps are?
