I bought a pair of tennis shoes on February and ask for a tracking number. They did not reply and or send me my package but the payment was charge. On January 10, I purchased the Valentines ******* Tumblr from this business. I paid $58.82. When I purchased my item, it was through a third-party, and the third-party made no mention of extremely long shipping times, or that the item was a pre-order. After about three days or so, because on their website, it states that if an item is in stock, it will ship in one to three days after purchasing, I emailed the business to see where my order was.I proceeded to go back-and-forth with his business on the legitimacy of their claims. Because though it says on their website their shipping times, it does say it through the third-party that I had purchased my item through. I provided screenshots to them on this matter and they completely ignored that .In the time that I waited for this item to arrive, I found it at a local target, because it is a target exclusive. And boughtit. Today I received the same cup through this business. To my dismay, it is 100% fake. I have provided screenshots to show you the difference between the two. As well as circled all the differences between the fake item versus the real item. In addition to that, two things that couldnt be pictured, was the fact that the hearts on the cup are supposed to be painted into the design, in other words youre not supposed to feel the hearts. But on the item that they sent me, the hearts are lifted, and you can feel them. As well as the item that they sent me is much darker than the one that I got from target. I have also included a picture of another legitimate *******. So that you can see the bottom of the two legitimate Stanleys, versus the bottom of the fake one that they sent. They never expressed that the item that I was purchasing would be a knock off. They advertised it and have it pictured as the legitimate item. Considering the issues that I have gone through with this company, I am requesting full compensation for this cup, as well as false advertisement.Business Response

Hi *****, as stated on the shop app - our website- and as I told you in our emails, the turnaround time we follow is listed everywhere. You never asked us about anything else. With over 800 reviews on our Shop app where you checked out and a 4.5 star rating there we have never heard complaints such as this. I placed an order on 1/1/25. On 1/5/25 I received an email from them stating the bag I ordered wasnt available from their vendor. If I would like to order a different bag let them know. On 1/5/25 I responded back asking what was available in stock. No response . I emailed again 1/6/25 asking if they received my email the day before. No response. I left a comment on their ******** page on 1/8/25 asking for someone to please get back with me regarding my order. It is still pending approval as of 1/9/25.Customer Answer

I have commented on ******** to this company and TikTok as well and my comments have been deleted on ********. I got no response from them on TikTok. Im done messing with this company. I want a refund. I do not want anything from this place. The customer support is horrendous. Ive been waiting since January 1st to try and get another bag with no luck. Hello, This customer was reached out to by our customer service team regarding an out of stock item. Every email the customer sent was responded to within our customer service time frame. Our first email to the customer was on january 5th then again january 11th the customer then replied the same day (11th) into which we responded back on january 13th , again within our ***** business hour time frame. we exchange 2 emails on the 13th in which we asked the customer if another bag would be okay or what they would prefer. The customer replied " That would be great, thank you! " .. Before we were able to ship we received the email that she had made a BBB complaint into which we thought we had replied to but It must not have went threw. Since the customer had filed the complaint we immediately refunded her order. There was no other correspondence. We can supply additional screenshots of each email if that is necessary. I ordered a handbag that was preordered and it has been over 3 months and I have not heard from anyone from this company. Their only mode of contact is through ******** which I am not a member. This is unacceptable when a business is taking customers money and providing a service. A phone number or email should be provided. ********************* checked a check box at checkout that agreed to a 15 to 20 business day turnaround time. Her item arrived within that time frame but she filed a charge back on her order and it will not be fulfilled because of that.
