I purchased a car from this business in January 2023. They gave me a year warranty but did not want to order it when I had to pay out-of-pocket to get the axle fixed on the car. There excuse for not paying for it was that I did not take it to their warranty Auto mechanic.. I took the car to the address given to me at my time of purchase to the auto shop that did their warranty repairs. The ****************** made me aware that they no longer do business with the dealership due to the fact they refused to pay. That warranty department never worked on my car. I called The dealership told them what I was told and that I was needing to repair a broken axle. They told me that I would have to go to another unknown address, but they would not give me the phone number to verify where I was going. I told the dealership that I did not feel comfortable going somewhere that I could not verify. so that left me with no option but to pay to have the part fixed out of my pocket. Once I paid to have the part fixed, I made the manager of the dealership name is ******* aware that I was requesting a refund due to that my car was under warranty. She agreed and told me to email her the receipts of what I paid for and she would make sure that I get a check for my reimbursement. A week later she told me that the claim was denied due to the fact that I did not use their mechanics. This place is a total rip off and top things off. I have been making my payments on time each month since January 2023 and this dealership has not reported one payment to the credit bureau. I had to start going into the dealership to make my payments because they would always email me blank receipts. The main first place auto dealership is in ******, and they refuse to answer the phone to talk to me about anything pertaining to this car told me, my only choice was to render the car to them and lose all equity.
